We are Europeans from Belgium, we fall in love with South West Florida and the welcoming community of Englewood/RotondaWest. We bought that comfortable house as a vacation home for all our grand kids and kids. They love it!
This property was exactly what we wanted, spacious, with a great view on the live preserve. My husband likes to take pictures from birds, flowers, dolphins, manatees, sceeneries... the location is exactly what I want... close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Another important point: to be on a golfing community for my family and visitors
You open the front door and you have the impression to be home! all the living area is tiled, we see the pool and back yard from the kitchen, the dinning room and the florida room. Each day we see beautiful birds and more...

Our family stay in Annapolis
we will never forget our stay in your spacious and friendly home, it was for us the perfect home to enjoy from SW Florida with all the family: parents, grand parents and our 2 kids! We spent a lot of time in the pool and your Florida room has been the game room during our stay. The kitchen was great to prepare our family meals. It is rare to have such a family welcoming home! We will come back for sure! the region is so beautiful, the neighborhood was very safe and clean. We enjoy the golf course, the beaches and last but not least the location was great for one day visit to parks, shopping, and more.
