Corner Suite - Vacation and Executive Rental located in San Francisco’s Mission District

This is a newly renovated and professionally decorated ground-floor corner suite with a private entrance. The space has hi-ceilings, bamboo floors and thick new carpeting in the living room and bedroom. This is a single story building that shares no walls with neighboring properties. It's bright with raised height double paned windows, and a skylight in the living room. Appointed with new quality modern pieces that lend to a mid-century modern feel with an emphasis on comfort.

The bedroom is furnished with a queen size combination response-coil memory foam mattress and dressed with W Hotel linens, a down comforter and down and memory foam pillows. Down alternative items are available. The closet houses a 32” flat screen Sony television.

Wireless hi-speed internet access is provided. The living room has a 42” plasma television, with a room-filling Bluetooth sound-bar which will stream audio from your enable devices. Both televisions broadcast HD cable packages which include SHO & HBO.

The fully equipped kitchen has new quartz countertops, cabinetry and appliances; 5-burner gas top stove with convection oven, dishwasher, microwave and stainless recessed refrigerator.

The well-lit bathroom features Grohe water fixtures, a Duravit lavatory, and a walk-in shower with white subway and marble tiles and an adjustable height shower head. Frosted glass allows natural light into the room. Plush cotton towels are provided.

Laundromat and wash-and-fold services are available across the street, and a dry cleaner is one block away. Pickup and delivery services are available from other vendors as well.

Property utilizes key coded door locks for easy arrivals and departures. Unit is fully alarmed with motion sensor exterior lights. Owners are on-site and available to respond to renters' requests, but living areas are totally separate.

A printer/copier, iron & ironing board, hair dryer and alarm clock are provided. There is an area to store luggage in the back of the unit.

We clean with all natural products and provide containers for easy recycling and composting.

Located a block off of 24th Street in the Mission district. Close to SFO and 101/280, BART station and MUNI stops. The MUNI route that stops across the street goes directly to Union Square and North Beach, as well as connecting with the train that heads to the financial district. Car share lots are nearby. Garage parking with automatic door is available for small to mid-size cars for an additional fee.

The apartment was very clean and modern. I would stay here again. The front of the building is painted in a festive manner. No disappointments here!

We were SO happy with everything about that place! the location was PERFECT for our excursions in and out of San Francisco. right off the freeway. The bed was very very comfy, the kitchen was well supplied for our needs - we needed a little extra for a large dinner event and there it was! great stereo/TV with bluetooth. A block away is an area where many restaurants and shops begin, including a lovely little fresh food market. The owners were the bonus. We look forward to seeing them again in the future. We'll be back!!

Perfect urban oasis

I did a lot of searching for a place to stay during our week in San Francisco. I knew we would exhaust our selves, and wanted to make sure we had a comfortable space to hang out in, and I liked the idea of having a kitchen for farm market finds and breakfast at 'home". I am also very picky aesthetically, (and maybe just a touch OCD).

This place was perfect! So comfortable and tasteful, and chock full of thoughtful details. The space was immaculately clean, well laid out, serene and private. The kitchen was completely equipped. The shower is a nice little piece of design, with good water pressure. The bedroom was comfy and quiet, and had the hotel like indulgence of a large second TV. The owner was responsive, and extremely helpful, supplying all kinds of useful information and recommendations. Wine and snacks we laid out awaiting our arrival, and fresh flowers in the vase (!).

I give it the highest possible recommendation for: couples or solo; urbanites, foodies, modernists, pedestrians, cyclists.

The owners were incredibly helpful and you could tell they really cared that your stay in their unit was as pleasurable and comfortable as possible.
The listing description was perfect and the photos accurately reflect the rental's appearance. The place was immaculate. The kitchen is beautiful and fully loaded: better than my own kitchen.
I felt I was in a modern luxury boutique hotel while in the bathroom. I even began speaking fluent French when I was done showering...kidding.
The bus across the street made it quick and easy to get to town and I felt very safe everywhere.
The next time I'm in SF, I'll definitely stay here.

Fabulous Place in the Mission

I stayed at this lovely little place in the Mission for several weeks, and I can't wait to return. The apartment is adorable and it's immaculately kept. The owners are welcoming and incredibly responsive, while giving plenty of privacy. The neighborhood is perfect. If you're the Brooklyn-type, this is your spot. 24th street is a wonderful mix of authentic latin food & shops, with a bunch of cute boutiques, restaurants and coffee shops to boot. I loved everything about my stay.

Fabulous Mission Retreat

We recently spent two nights in this stylish and private one-bedroom that felt like a modern Paris apartment in the heart of the Mission. It was a great retreat while visiting all our relatives and friends. The roomy place has a full bedroom with flat screen tv and super comfy bed, living room with flat screen, sound bar and wireless so we could listen to our music and work with ease. The kitchen is beautiful and well-stocked, the remodeled bath was gorgeous. We could come and go with ease and the owners are very friendly and helpful with recommendations to local places. With everything you need and impeccably furnished, this is a fabulous alternative to a hotel and we'll be back!
