Welcome to Sunrise Villas Condo! This is a heaven of beauty and serenity where everyone can enjoy a high quality reality in inspiring, sunny and memorable Palm Springs.

The spectacular views of Mountains, which are visible from the back patio, are stunning. Fruit trees around the complex, welcome you for a walk... Also, watching a beautiful sunset on the patio, gives you a perspective of harmonious existence.

These peaceful views in the sunny day, take your breath away and connect you with a cozy living/dinning room. You sense the serenity of the ocean colored walls. Just seeing two bedrooms with a California King and Queen size beds, erase your problems. Your family/friends are in paradise!

You sense the serenity of high speed WiFi, which covers the entire house and calms you. Everything in the house delivers harmonious joy of full equipment! Now you are ready to have fun; such us, go to the swimming pool, have a BBQ, go to the spa, meet and greet your friends, and so on (please look at the events list below.)

Location is near the center of Palm Springs, so it is only few minutes away from the stores, restaurants, theatres, museums, library, spa with mineral waters and other special interests.

Sunrise Villas is an elegant landscaped complex and a very safe part of Palm Springs.

If you are our guest, we know you will be very happy with your stay in well kept and well maintained house. If you are just visiting the website, please consider this condo as your vacation rental and your charming home.

It was our 1st time at Palm Springs.The place was excellent: clean, fully occupied. You can fined anything you need there, like in your own home. Nice and quite neighborhood, close to everything. It was so nice & easy to work with the owner!
Definitely we will come back again.

Every part of the experience with Iryna and Chris was wonderful. They are super responsive and got back to us right away. They were gracious and accommodating. They were patient with us over the phone with suggestions of things to do in the area. There was a slight error in the calculation of our bill, but Iryna was sincere in her apology and offered to fix it right away.

The condo was clean and well maintained. The pictures are not misleading. The kitchen was well stocked and a lot of the wares seemed to be brand new.

Even the neighbors were nice. My friends and I will be back again.

The condo was spotless when we arrived and extremely well stocked with all you could possibly need for a vacation home. The complex is located in a great area, but one complaint we had was the noise of the traffic on Sunrise directly behind the condo. It was not very pleasant to sit out on the patio and try to have a conversation. The pools were great and our 2 grandchildren had a ball! The owner Iryna was very nice and helpful in every way. We are hoping to return to this area next year sometime.

Vacation Rental Exceeds My Expectations.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in a very clean, well maintained property and ideally located vacation rental . The pictures reflected the appearance of the property. Our stay at the property exceeded our expectations. The property owners were very helpful and very nice. The Good Neighbor booklet was fantastic. I rank this as the best vacation rental that I/we have experienced. The amenities were so upscale and the furnishings were so tasteful. The rental easily accommodated six persons. I/we plan on returning and booking this rental. Great find for the price we paid
