2 Bedroom Home Close To Beaches, Clearwater, St. Pete And Tampa

This is a very cute and comfortable home. Perfect for a couple or a small family. It is a spacious 2 bedroom one bath home in a quiet community that is conveniently located. You are just minutes from the Greek town of Tarpon Springs with it's many restaurants and shops.

The home is approximately 1300 square feet, and is very clean. It has a one car garage and washer and drier. It has recently been furnished. There is a nice kitchen with range, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker etc. Everything you might need.

The bedrooms are comfortable with good size closets. The beds are queen size. There is a large family room that is very sunny and where I have the dinning table. The living room area is comfortable and there is a 40' TV (not show in the pictures). There is also a television set in the master bedroom.

The home is close to US 19 with lots of shops and supermarkets in the area. Also, easy access to the near by beaches. Howard Park, in Tarpon Springs is the nearest beach - about 15 minutes away. Clearwater beach is about a 25 - 30 min. drive

About Maria

Tarpon Springs with it's beautiful sponge docks (pictured here), has been a favorite vacation spot for our family for over 15 years. We are originally from Greece and it reminds us a lot of that beautiful country. Howard Park in Tarpon Springs is our favorite beach. My son has grown up at that beach, swimming, snorkeling, shelling, having picnics and exploring the sea life there. It is great for young and old alike.

This home is clean, sunny and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located of HWY 19, it has easy access to the entire Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Pete area.

The house was very clean and was an excellent location for us, close to stores and the bayou where we met our goup everyday. It is exactly as shown in the picture. We would recommend this property to others. The home owner was very easy to deal with and also very accommodating.

We rented this extremely clean, well furnished and well maintianed home for three weeks in Jan of 2013. I cannot say enough about how comfortable this home is for a stay away from your own envionment. It is in a pleasant and quiet residential neighborhood just minutes from anything you might need. There are many lovely parks and beaches within minutes. Given the need to return to this area, I would definitley see if the owner would have this property available again. I could not have been more convenient for our purposes. Thank you for your attention to detail and for the easy process to rent this property. :)
