Fairy Tale wedding location
On September 1st,2012 my husband and I along with numerous family members arrived at Lake Como Beach Resort for our daughters wedding. The resort was breathtaking and the view of the lake was incredible.The units were very nice with all the amenities of home. The staff at the resort were wonderful catering to all our needs.
There is a wonderful beach like area with loungers that look on to the lake and a dock where you can go swimming from. There is floatation devices provided for your pleasure.
There is a steep incline that you have to descend to the resort but part way down there is an elevator so that breaks up the distance down.
I found the walk up and down the hill very invigorating.
There was a nice grocery store about 5 min walk at the top of the hill which provided a variety of items that a person may need.
Overall it was a wonderful experience, a trip of a lifetime throughly enjoyed.

Magnifique
La résidence se trouve dans un petit village à 20 minutes en voiture du centre ville de Côme. Les appartements ont une vue magnifique sur le lac et on peut y apercevoir la villa de George Clonney. Accès au port à 5 minutes à pieds pour les ballades en bateau sur le lac de Côme.
L'appartement où nous avons séjourné (felicita) est très bien équipé (cuisine/internet/TV/lecteur DVD ...), propre mais la literie est moyenne. L'isolation n'est pas top dans la mesure où l'on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans les appartements autour. Cela n'est pas dérangeant pour une famille avec enfants.
Le jardin commun permet de laisser jouer les enfants en toute sécurité. La salon qui est commun à tous les appartements est super. Des DVD, jeux, livres, guides sont en libre accès.
L'acces au parking est vertigineux mais Éric est là pour nous aider ;-) ... L'equipe est disponible et très agréable. Le gérant ne vit pas sur place mais est joignable à tout moment. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Il faut vraiment y aller !!!

Second time around...
This was my second trip to Lake Como Beach Resort and on that basis, I can say that the customer service, quality of accommodation, welcome and facilities are consistently some of the best I have enjoyed. Eric and his family do their very best to help you settle in and find everything you need for a wonderful vacation on the Lake. The villettas are very well equipped and spacious, the beds comfortable and the views fabulous. Having the jetty to swim from and the sun bathing area, the garden, bbq facilities and outdoor dining tables all give an extra dimension and feeling of space. On both years, we found a mix of families sharing the resort that all knew how to appreciate the wonderful surroundings and the children of various ages all got on well - not difficult when you have the most enormous swimming pool at your disposal! The peace and tranquility of this part of the Lake was a welcome feature after a busy day sightseeing or just to have a quiet day winding down. This year I brought along my retired parents and although some of the steeper climbs around the Lake were challenging for them, the boat service from a few minutes level walk away allowed them to explore the Lake and surrounding areas without having to drive. Once the car was parked it stayed there all week. I can only hope that Eric and Robin continue their success with the resort and I will certainly be checking the diary for an excuse for an early return. One of the few places where you can actually believe all the wonderful reviews it so rightly gets!

Excellernt, we come back to worldmap
The support by Eric was just super. The location of the House directly on the Lake is top notch. The apartment is tastefully decorated. The facility is very clean.

"A perfect honeymoon!!!"
My husband and I arrived in lake como the day after our wedding in need of relaxation and a good trip! From the moment we arrived we love absolutely everything about the lake como beach resort! My husband and I were greeted by Eric who is absolutely amazing! we owe our perfect trip to him! He went over and beyond to make sure we were having a wonderful time and gave us so much great advice about where to go and what to see. I loved meeting his precious daughter jiselle as well!!! He and his family are really incredible people. Tee and I will be back again one day soon and we cannot wait! We went to Venice and Milan afterwards and nothing came close to comparing to our experience in lake como with our perfect romantic villa!!!

"Going way beyond the call of duty"
I usually travel on my own and it was my first trip to Lake Como. So was a little apprehensive about my holiday beforehand, as I was unsure what to expect. However, when I arrived I was firstly taken aback by how beautiful the Villa was... it was the perfect location, with the perfect view! It is the type of scenery that is instantly calming, which was exactly what I needed.
But what truly made this trip so special was the outstanding service. Eric was brilliant and went way beyond the call of duty, he was always helpful (and available if I had any questions), offering great suggestions of places to visit; I was spoilt for choice. In all honesty, there aren't enough stars to rate this Villa fairly.
I'm a frequent traveller but have never experienced such amazing hospitality, it truly made my holiday memorable and it's why I am already booking another date...

"Spectacular Location..."
Arrived to this lovely quaint resort and have nothing to stay except, spectacular location, beautiful property and excellent facilities! What more is there to say? Tremendous holiday in the most beautiful spot on earth. Worth every penny and more ! Owners Robin and Eric were terrific hosts who could not do enough for us. Wow ! Can;t wait to return. Our favourite spot in all of the lakes area by far! Magnificent Views on the waterfront and of the entire lake! Situated across from George Clooney's house, too bad he did not invite invite us for a glass of wine during our stay. :) Maybe next time George, we were a little busy ! Sara and James Victoria. B.C

"Magical Holiday with Breathtaking Views !"
We can't say enough really of the Lake Como Beach Resort. It is everything and more than one could have imagined. Fantastic accommodations, lots of amenities with views to die for...literally!!
Wish we could be here for the Irish Wedding at the end of the month.
Swimming directly in the lake just a few feet from the villas was a real highlight.
You have a very special property here. Can't get enough of it really. The feel is fabulous... amazing and loved it!
Be sure to rent a boat and have lunch near Isola Comacina- great lemon ravioli.
Eric, Robin and Gisele - you are exceptional hosts, no request was too much.
In fact, you are too kind to the sometimes demanding guests. :) And you always have a smile on your faces. Tops is accommodations and customer service. 5 stars for all !! You are simply the best !
