I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was very helpful.

The home was extremely clean and in a desirable area. It has all of the amenities including wi-fi. There are non-complicated flat screen TVs and comfortable beds. The pool and spa were both sunny and very refreshing. The management was top notch and Dennis is the best!

Bigger than we had imagined

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Group of us girls were out there for a relaxing weekend. 3 different citrus trees in the backyard was convenient. The kitchen was stocked with almost every cooking essentials including the gas grill outside. The towels were very soft and fluffy and the beds were comfortable. There were more than enough chairs to go around outside & inside, but wish there was more lounge chairs. Loved the big dining table.
There were few things to this property that bothered us. Manure smell next around the pool where we laid out wasn't pleasant. The breaker went out twice, once to the kitchen and another to the lights outside. The tub in the master bedroom didn't drain properly. And the kitchen appliances need updating.
But other than these little hiccups, it was a nice relaxing weekend overall. I would definitely come back & stay here in the future.

Perfect modern retreat in sunny PS!

The newly remodeled home in E Movie Colony in Palm Springs was the perfect private getaway for the three couples in our party. The neighborhood was secluded and private, the newly decorated interior was beautifully done. Downtown was a quick 3 minute bike ride away. The property management was professional and went above and beyond expectations of service. The spacious and open house was a blast for us all. We will be back for sure, thanks!

What a great place to have a winter get-away with family & friends! The accommodations were perfect for us, the service of the vacation rental managers was beyond our expectations and this is definitely one we would do again and again and again! From walking exercise to beauty to privacy of pool & spa draped with fresh oranges & lemons--a total memorable delight!

Such a lovely home! The delight was not only in the private, upscale neighborhood, the spaciousnous of the house and spectacular views, but also in the location. Wellness Park and Ruth Hardy dog walking park, through Movie Colony were only a 15 minute walk away, and town only 30 minutes.

Owner's Response: These guests could not have been more delightful. They were so appreciative of everything we did for them. They kept the house orderly and practically left the home cleaner than it was when they arrived!
