Condo was located near Kona Country Club and was a great price. Loved the lania with BBQ grille for cooking, the place was clean and comfortable. Spent all day sightseeing so really only was in condo for nights and early mornings. Cooked breakfast then headed out but did watch some TV before bed. Wireless internet was handy when searching the web for golf deals and sights to visit. Owners were very helpful and answered any questions we had immediately. Golf was awesome, use golf now for best deals and do visit volcano national park, botanical garden near Hilo. Would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great price and great location. Not a 5 star place but perfect for what we needed for a vacation getaway.

Had a great time. Great location, great sunsets and easy access to Ali'i drive. Very quite. I've stayed in kona before and been right on the ocean and although it seems dreamy at first, the sound of the waves will actually keep you up at night so I found this location to be very quite and peaceful. It was great to be able to see the ocean and not have to hear the ocean. I very much look forward to using this location again and again.

We were very lucky to find such a wonderful place on short notice as we decided to extend our stay in Hawaii. The owners were great to work with from the beginning to the end and always made sure we knew they were there if we had questions. The location and the unit itself looked great from the ad. We were surprised how much BETTER it was when we arrived. The view of the greens and ocean were better than we expected and the unit was very large, clean and well equipped. It was also really nice having two full bathrooms, even if there were only 2 of us staying there. The kitchen was well equipped to cook as much as you want to. We normally prefer to make most of our meals in as opposed to eating out. Not that it is always cheaper to eat in while in Hawaii, but you know what you are getting and only you can cook it just like you prefer it!
The location was another big plus. We didn't want to be 50 miles from a town with a good grocery store but didn't want to stay in a bustling area either. This place fit the bill perfectly! There was a small shopping center very close by with a grocery store and other shops. However, we usually opted for the 15 or 20 minute drive to the Kona-Kailua area for most of our grocery shopping and items to take back home with us (Costco, Safeway, Wal-mart).
The area where the condo was located was very quite and, while we usually prefer the ocean to a pool, the pool was very nicely kept and offered a quite area to have an afternoon or early evening swim.
I would highly recommend this condo for your stay on the Big Island. Great location for fun, shopping and sightseeing OR just hanging around and relaxing, Hawaiian style!!

This condo is in a great location. Only minutes from restaurants, beaches, golf courses, hiking...etc All brand new furniture with all the amenities. TV, Cable, WiFi, washer, dryer. Very good value compared to similar spots! Very easy people to rent from! I will be coming back to stay here again in the future!
