2 Bedroom Baths Completely Remodeled Condo On 16th Fairway With Mt View

You won't be disappointed with this completely remodeled condo on the 16th Fairway of the Classic Course at Bermuda Dunes Country Club. Completely tiled, except new carpeting in the master bedroom. Two bedroom suites are complete with flat screen TV's and plenty of new linens. Master bedroom has king size bed and second bedroom has 2 XL twin beds. There are also two aerobeds (queen and full sizes) complete with linens and plenty of extra pillows. We even have a porta-crib/playpen for the littlest of guests.

Master bath has tub and separate shower, with double sink. Second bath has shower with single sink.

New hi-efficiency, hi-capacity washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo.

Living room is very comfortable with sofa and two over sized chairs. Large flat screen TV.

Dining table converts from square 4-seater to a round 6-seater with ease. Kitchen counter has two bar stools

Large golf course patio has table with seating for 4 and two chaise lounge chairs. Spectacular views of the mountains and sunsets. Smaller patio at entrance has new Weber Genesis BBQ and smaller table with two chairs.

Two-car garage house a golf cart, tennis rackets and pool floats for your use and enjoyment. YES - golf cart is included......for use at your own risk (licensed drivers only)

FULLY stocked condo. Anything you could possibly need is in the kitchen. Cutlery and Dansk dishes for 12+. Abundance of all types of glassware and serving dishes. New LG refrigerator, with ice maker and dishwasher. All cooking and baking, chopping and mixing, storing and blending needs are met. You won't be short of anything, except food! OH - coffee? No worries......New Keurig for your K-cups, Cuisinart whole bean grinder/brewer for your beans or good ol' Mr. Coffee for your standard drip brew!

Closets contain new ice chests, plenty of beach towels, including pool robes. Wireless printer is also included for your use.

This single story condo is inside Bermuda Dunes Country Club gates, as well as secondary security gates to the complex. You will feel very secure in this serene setting. Two sets of keys and two garage remotes are included.

Since we are local residents and owners, we take extra pride in what we are offering. You can rent in confidence and you won't be stranded in case of any emergency or incident. We are literally less than 5 minutes away and will address any concerns you may have immediately. We have not listed with VRBO until now, so there are no reviews for you to see. However, we do have several referrals, from both domestic and international folks, that we can give you, upon your request.

Too many times we only take the time to communicate about things that we are not happy with, or have a bad experience with an employee, etc. Not so with this one! I would like to compliment and thank the owners of this condo........the listing in VRBO was exactly what we got, and more!!! It was very well stocked, updated and clean. The owners were extremely hospitable and wanted to make sure that our stay was comfortable in every way. Every amenity imaginable was provided, and the communications were perfect. We highly recommend this condo and we look forward to the day when we might be able to visit again!

The perfect Palm Springs getaway place!

This rental was exactly as advertised....very nicely furnished and very well-stocked. Situated in a quiet and secure neighborhood with patio fronting on the fairway and small pool a short walk away. Bermuda Dunes location is a great central location for golf courses throughout the area....none more than 1/2 hr drive away...and most closer than that.
Owner was a delight to deal with....smoothest VRBO rental to-date. Would highly recommend.
Restaurants: Sherman's Deli; Mario's Italian Cafe; Fisherman's Mkt & Grill (La Quinta); Louise's Pantry.
