We have spent the last 6 years traveling all over Costa Rica and our favorite destination is Guanacaste and 'the gold coast' of Costa Rica. For us Playa Langosta has the best of everything in this region. It's an exclusive destination in Costa Rica for it's golden unspoilt beach and a location that makes it feel isolated but in reality is in close proximity to the biggest coastal town in the region. You can stroll along the beach to Tamarindo in about 10 minutes and there you have all the restaurants, shops and nightlife you could possibly want on a beach vacation in Costa Rica. That 10 minute walk is a massive difference for us though as we're close to the shops and restaurants but not too close and we can retreat back to the tranquility of the beach and the condo in Playa Langosta. For my family visiting from abroad they can fly in to Liberia airport which is only an hour away by car.

We are very proud of the apartment. It is modern, nicely decorated and well equipped with everything we need for our time at the beach. It is one of only two high rise complexes in Langosta and new laws restrict construction above 3 stories now meaning the location and panoramic views of the condo are quite unique. The building is very modern and has a sense of luxury throughout. From the well maintained lobby area that feels like you're entering a 5 star hotel every time you arrive, through to the massive swimming pool and barbecue area it all has a feeling of exclusivity about it.

This 6th floor condo offers a great view of sunrise above the mountains viewed from the master bedroom terrace and a sunset in to the sea that you can enjoy with a cocktail from the living room terrace every evening of the week. It is in a quiet location next to a fantastic beach yet only a short walk from the shops, restaurants and nightlife of Tamarindo.
