Gorgeous updated 1905 charmer with open floor plan/4 rooms in Belmont Heights. Home features 4 bedrooms and 1 bath. 2 main floor bedrooms with eastern king and California king. Upstairs bedrooms have twin beds. Many upgrades including main floor engineered scraped dark wood floors, Italian ceramic tile in both kitchen and bathroom, Cove ceilings in living/dining room, newer paint, remodeled kitchen with stack-able washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, built in dressers/cabinets' upstairs rooms, new carpet upstairs. Bathroom boasts a high ceiling, and includes Kohler bathtub and toilet, Kraus faucet/sink, Kraus accessories, large frameless splash panel. Side entrance has a small sitting room with a modern chandelier with replica Edison bulbs. Backyard features new landscaping, fire pit with bench seating.

Perfect vacation rental

We are a family of six with four teenagers. This house was perfect, so comfortable and roomy with everything you could possibly need. Great location easy to find and a great base though recommend a car. The whole experience was easy including early arrival, gaining access and the owner was very responsive to email. Friends wanted to leave a surprise gift for us on our arrival and the owner helped this happen. Much appreciated, thank you.

Amazing, newly renovated home!

Spent 3 nights here while visiting family in Long Beach and what a gem! Owner has maintained the historic feel of the home with modern updates and clean lines. Our 10 month old loved the upstairs playroom complete with lots of toys. Also has a pack n play, highchair and nice stroller for walking to the beach! Coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance also. Very nice, fully equipped kitchen, comfy bedding, lots of room in the living area. Backyard is newly landscaped with large lawn and lots of sitting area with two fireplaces. Full size washer/dryer in kitchen. There is a fair amount of traffic on friday and saturday nights on 4th street, but it was quiet on the sunday night that we stayed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to all, especially those with kids. Wish our stay was longer!

The owner, Danny, has done a wonderful job - the house is cozy and beautiful! Everything we needed to feel at home was available and he was easily accessible by email and text.

We had a wonderful time while in Long Beach, riding bikes to lunch in Belmont Shores. The house is perfectly situated, walking distance to fun spots which makes it impossible to want to leave Long Beach at all!
The home is spacious enough to give 7 people plenty of space to have privacy, even when sharing only one bathroom. The fire pits in the background were icing on the cake! We look forward to our next visit to the area and our family is excited for us to head back and rent this home again.

Modern, beautiful property with all the amenties from home and extra bonuses

Two mothers and myself, along with each of our daughters stay at Danny's place for a some necessary r&r after Christmas. As soon as we arrived, we were in for a pleasant surprise. Danny furnished the place beautifully. He has exquisite taste. The colors were natural with white walls, dark wood and green and turquoise accents. The kitchen had beautiful silver dotted back splash that matched the stainless refrigerator and stove and kitchen sink. The bathroom was also very well done with beautiful colors. There were fluffy white towels for everyone and the bedding were very cozy. Once you laid down, you didn't really want to get out of bed. Wi-fi was available in the entire house. We loved the washer and dryer in the kitchen. Danny thought of everything that a guest would need. We absolutely loved staying at his property and would do so again in a heartbeat. We were 10 minutes from Long Beach, 15 minutes from Queen Mary and approximately 35 minutes (without traffic) to Monterey Park (for all you foodies). I would definitely recommend staying here.
