I am a photographer and nature lover who enjoys walking the beach and the trails to observe wildlife, discover things, or see them in a new way. The mid-west can be cold in winter, so I chose a property far enough south to escape even the worst weather! I enjoy fine dining, so a varied fitness schedule is a regular part of my life. Exploring this area's rich history, ecosystem, people, and culture always presents me with opportunities to try new things and keep life exciting!

It's a great value and worry free! I fell in love with this particular part of the Gulf Coast, and this property offered me all of the amenities I was looking for in a vacation home-- along with million dollar views! My condo and the picturesque grounds are always well maintained, offering me the old Florida experience when I want it (and pampering when I need it!) There is really no need for me to leave the property. I park my car and immediately start to unwind.

Where else will you find a beach, great views, heated pools with wait service, boat rental, a fitness center, a spa, restaurants, bars, even an ice cream shop, steps from the door of your vacation home? However, there are times you just don't feel like going out. I can still prepare dinner in my full kitchen, have a glass of wine on the lanai, and kick back. Need I say more?

We just returned from our stay in this wonderful condominium! Everything was just as we had hoped! The location is fabulous and offers you many places to relax whether that's on the beach, in the private pool, or the resort pool. We prefer to rent a condo so we can cook our own meals and found a fresh seafood market very close by, as well as a fresh produce stand! Publix is very close, as is the outlet mall and everything else one needs. We did dine out occasionally too and found the choices to be outstanding. One of our favorites is the crab cake appetizer at the Lighthouse restaurant nearby. So good! We watched dolphins swim from the beach and the resort lounge patio every night. Sunsets are gorgeous! Why rent a hotel room when you can enjoy all the comforts of home in this lovely condominium?!

Great accommodations in a fabulous resort

Three of us stayed in this unit during the winter of 2012. What a wonderful way to escape the harsh winters up North. While everyone else was fighting 3 ft. snow drifts, we were lounging in the heated pool & being brought a drink! The unit is well kept, the furniture & bedding clean & comfortable, everything was as shown in the photos, & everything functioned, Plus, the view was awesome!. We watched dolphins & sea birds nearly every day, right outside our unit. The kitchen was very well stocked with the necessities. There is a Publix nearby for groceries, but we also ate at the on-site restaurants. We had no real need or desire to leave the resort except to go outlet shopping, on a gambling cruise, or to Jet Blue Stadium for a baseball game. Everything else we wanted was on the property: beach, water craft rental, pools, hot tub, restaurants, bars, dinner cruises, gift & bait shops-- even a place to get massive ice cream cones! We walked the resort's nature trail every day for exercise, however, you are also only minutes from the huge Ding Darling nature preserve & education center, which was awesome! We enjoyed having a tv in each bedroom & the living room, and wifi was a plus. I enjoyed their spa as well. We loved it so much, we are returning again this year!
