My family and I have been coming to HHI for over 25 years and for many of those years, we have rented the Villa at 513 Plantation Club. We look forward to coming, love being there and consider it our home-away-from-home. I don't even look into other villas because we're so "at home" at 513.
Debbie is a gracious owner who does her best to make sure that our stay is just what we want it to be...relaxing! She keeps the villa updated with nice appliances, comfy furniture and plenty of other amenities that make staying there a pleasant experience. It is nicely decorated in a fun, bright, sunny, South Carolina "Beachy" look that is easy on the eye and interesting.
The central location of 513 makes it "easy access" for everything, and that makes our biggest decisions on vacation: ocean or pool?, shopping or dinner first?, oh, and where to go for ice cream!
I will continue to rent this villa and have recommend it to my closest friends and family and they have loved it as much as I do!

Location of this villa is good with about 1/2 mile walk to the beach club, or easy bike ride, or drive. Because the villa is centrally located, it is convenient to everything else in Sea Pines - Harbor Town, South Beach, stables, etc. The furniture (including beds) are comfortable and relatively new. The view of the golf course is nice with the moss draped trees in the distance and we hardly noticed any noise from the surrounding villas. If you take your dog, being on the first floor is ideal because you can go for a walk straight from the back patio. The only drawbacks were that the air conditioning unit is quite loud (something the owner can do nothing about as it has to do with the type of unit that must be in the villa). The cleaning crew could also do a much better job of cleaning the bathrooms and carpets. The pots and pans and kitchen tools were very old and not in the best of shape and the interior of the villa needs painting as it looks a bit worn. Other than those few things that are easily remedied or (if not important to the renter) can be overlooked, the villa is a nice place, with a great location, dog friendly and VERY affordable.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Really liked having the walk-in shower in the master bath. It was really nice having the patio with grill.

This villa is just great! Anything & everything we would need. We even had a little trouble getting the place cooled down the first night, but Debbie came over the very next morning (Sunday) with the repaiman & had it cool within hours! So very nice & available.

Great location and accommodations. The villa is nicely appointed.
Description is accurate. Property was clean and well maintained. The owner was accessible before and during our stay. We loved the bike paths and pool right outside our door. And of course the beach. Would definitely recommend this property to a friend. We have already booked our return.
