One bedroom condo that sleep 1-4

Nestled amongst the palms on the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters is Playa Turquesa Ocean Club Bavaro. Playa Turquesa is one of the premier communities in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Our one bedroom condo has 2 full bathrooms and is located on the third floor, which is easily accessible via elevator and stairs. The interior is fully furnished, which includes a sofa that sleeps two, king sized bed, and a fully stocked kitchen. You may choose to enter the balcony from the bedroom or living area and whether to sleep with the sliding doors (screened) open at night to enjoy the beautiful breezes, or you may choose to use the central air conditioning. Ceiling fans are also equipped in all the main rooms and on the balcony. The large balcony has views of the courtyard, pools, and ocean and is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, cocktails, and/or dinner with your partner and friends.

Our condo offers brand new appliances imported from the US, which includes a clothes washer and dryer, personal safe, Plasma TV with cable, WI-FI, Sony DVD Player, and an array of items, such as an iron and linens, to make you feel right at home.

Playa Turquesa is a gated community with 24 hour on-site security, two large pools, one with a swim up bar, two children's pools, outdoor showers and is a short two minute walk through the development to the beach.

On this beautiful beach is a covered pergola exclusively for the use of Playa Turquesa owners and guests. The choice is yours to sit in the shade or sun bathe on beach chairs provided by the development.

In the surrounding community there are a number of restaurants just a short walk away. The cuisine is exceptionally diverse and currently includes Thai, Japanese, Italian, Austrian, Dominican, not to mention a sport bar across the street! Nearby is the Palma Real Shopping Mall home to the Hard Rock Cafe (and other restaurants), a movie theater, and high end boutiques. The Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is a 20 minute drive from the condo. Taxis are readily available at the airport or for an additional fee, we can provide an English speaking driver to pick you up when you arrive and drop you off for your departure. Punta Cana has become a heaven for vacationers, and is the ''Hidden Gem of the Caribbean!''

Simply Paradise !!!

This was our first trip to Punta Cana and will not be our last. We loved the condo, it was perfect for 2 people. The beach out front is so awesome, there is alot of all inclusive in the area but I would never stay there. Here we could do what we wanted and walk every where and never felt like we were in a tourist trap. The grounds were maintained around the area and we felt totally safe! You could walk to the best restaurants ever, Nam Nam, Citrus, Beaches, Balicona are a must! If you want seclusion and comfort without the crowds experience renting a condo on the beach. The owner was so easy to work with, we were picked up from the airport and taken back to the airport. We relaxed and did not take part in the activities that are offered in the area. There is alot to do if you want to or you be a beach bum like us and people watch and enjoy the weather. It was a pleasant 82 degrees every day with a breeze at the ocean. The pools were not heated so we didn't swim but there was a nice swim up bar and a sweet waiter that would serve you on the beach! We cannot wait to go back!!

OMG, amazing experience!

I stayed here for a week in October and just wanted a quiet vacation with my family. This condo is perfect if you like to avoid the resort experience and feel as if you're living in the Caribbean! There are shops around with local food you can cook or walk to restaurants in the area. Our favorites were the Sushi and Thai restaurants. There’s also a guy who makes empanadas at a stand around the corner and a bakery across the street with breakfast and lunch food or you can go to the local market. The apartment has everything you need to cook (pots, pans), eat (silverware, plates, etc) to sun bathe (beach towels, etc.). Needless to say the beach is amazing and there is a pool with a swim up bar. Highly recommended!
