Absolutely amazing!
Robin and Eric were great hosts. The warm welcome was so great and the staff they had to help bring our luggage and groceries to our villa was spectacular.
The Villa was such a great accommodation for the week that we stayed there for our sons wedding. Really enjoyed the boat ride to the villages and towns which was only a short walk from the villa. Having the grocery store (delicious fresh baked bread and pesto) close as well was very handy and they also delivered the groceries to your room. Great memories were made at this Lake Como Beach Resort...Ryan and Jessie's dream wedding. Would definitely recommend this as a holiday resort.

The Como area would have to be one of the most beautiful places on the planet and Lake Como Beach Resort is a great place to stay whilst there. Our villa had everything we needed and one of the most important things to us was the beautiful comfy bed which was a blessing after a day of sight-seeing. Eric was a wonderful host and helped us out immensely when we needed it. Thanks Eric for being such an accommodating host and giving us all the information that we needed to have a great few days. The only thing I regret is that we couldn't stay longer. If we go back we'd surely love to stay at Lake Como Beach Resort.

"Great for families, well appointed rooms and private lake access"
Eric is super friendly and operates a very laid back, peaceful villa, private enough but with a nice communal atmosphere. The villa is right on the lake with a private shady lawn, sand-deck and a pier providing lake access. The villa was well decorated, clean and perfect for our family with young girls, a good kitchenette with all dishware and a nearby shop made cooking easy. Plenty of restaurants along the road. A common room is well stocked with books, movies and toys for the kids to play with. The villa is best accessed by ferry with a short, flat walk to the dock. Ample car parking is provided but the driveway down from the main road is for confident drivers only. There is a big height difference between the lake and carpark/road served by an elevator. Excellent location for lake activities, road cycling, close enough to Bellagio.

Perfect family vacation on the waterfront

Spending time on Lake Como with my family and young children was a real delight.
The children played in the enclosed gardens while my wife and I relaxed and felt very much at home in this piece of paradise on the waterfront. The location was very relaxing a we felt very safe with the children. They were so thrilled to be playing in the sand on the lido and were delighted when the ducks came by to be fed with the extra scraps of bread we had left after dinner. The local grocery store was within walking distance and they deliver as well. Across the street is a little cafe where we went for a cappucino daily and some local gelato.
The villettas are lovely with gorgeous balconies and incredible views over the entire lake.
We shall surely return next season as our children fell in love with this beautiful family location, perfect for all members of the family. Our parents also came to visit and stayed in the villetta next door.
All in all, we had a lovely family reunion. The villa was fully equipped and also had childrens toys as well as a full movie library for children as well as adults.
The villa was immaculate and there was plenty to see and do in the surrounding area near the villa. We used the public transportation just a short walk from the resort and did not have to rent a car during our stay. We would like to make the Lake Como Beach Resort a regular retreat for our family.
It felt like home, very warm and welcoming. The feeling of family and a sense of warmth also eminated from the incredible hosts, Robin, Eric and their daughter Jiselle.
Your kindness and hospitality will not be forgotten.

It was perfect –
Lake Como Beach Resort is right on the water with its own private boat dock. Rent a boat to tour the beautiful lake and Eric will arrange for a boat to pick you up and drop you off right at your front door steps (almost). Be sure to take the ferry to Bellagio for a fun filled day. You can take the elevator up the hill, and a small hike up to the grocery store, (be aware of the store hours before you go), and make sure you get the sausage kabobs to throw on the grill. Buy some wine and you'll be set for a great meal at a great place. We stayed for a week after being in Tuscany for two and really enjoyed, hanging out, swimming, eating lots of salami and cheese and drinking lots of wine in the most beautiful location. The pictures are a true representation of the beauty. You will be amazed. The view from the bedroom is incredible, the location is great and Robin, Eric and jiselle are awesome. What more could you want?

It was perfect –
Lake Como Beach Resort is right on the water with its own private boat dock. "Exceptionnelles.."
Notre villetta a été belle et décorées avec goût. La station a été très agréable avec beaucoup de choses de faire nager dans le lac et louer un bateau à la cale du bateau. Ils vont vous chercher trop !
Le lido est idéal pour se détendre et nous avons apprécié les incroyables vues depuis les jardins et les biens.
Très, très agréable.
Eric et Robin étaient exceptionnelles hôtes et Jiselle un délice.
