Hi My name is Ana and my husbands name is Jose we have been married for 32 years. We have three kids and a 2 year old Granddaughter with a Grandson on the way. We purchased this property for our son when he left home to study computer animation in Full Sail.

The apartment is 5minutes from the incredible Historic Winter Park Down Town, with the train station , the Saturdays Farmers Market, all the boutiques , tons of restaurants, museums , Golf Course, and the Amenities of Lake Virginia. We just fell in love with the location.

What makes this condo unique

The apartment has great lighting with large windows in every room. It boasts excellent division of spaces including a formal dinning room separate from the living room just across from the kitchen. the building is beautifully landscaped and has a quite and pleasant ambiance throughout.

The apartment is very cozy and accommodating. It has a great location, right across from the complex there are various markets, coffee shops and restaurants. This was great since we where not familiar with the areas and doing groceries was important. The location is very central too. Orlando is minutes away, Kissimmee and Lake Buena Vista are very close. There are many things to do very close by.

Perfect for Disney getaway

This apartment was very surprising. First of all the location was not what we expected. Winter Park is beautiful. This place is only minutes away from the Historic downtown that is full of shops and restaurants. It was very surprising and great because on the days we didn't go to the attractions we relaxed around the downtown. Second of all the owner is very accommodating. She made our stay very relaxing and easy. She was very helpful with all our questions about places to see and things to do. And third is was a very comfortable place to go with kids. The apartment is in a very quiet and beautiful complex plus is only steps from the pool. Very convenient. I recommend this to anyone.

Perfect for Disney Vacation!

This apartment is in a great location to visit the theme parks. Disney and Universal where only minutes away along with all the other attractions that we visited in our trip. The owner is very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. This was a great place for our budget, for our trip plus the location of Winter Park Fl was very surprising. The place is only minutes away from the small historic downtown that had a lot of restaurants and shops.

Great Location! Super Cozy!

We loved the place! This apartment was perfect for our family's trip to Disney. The apartment is cozy, comfortable and kid friendly. The community is very pretty and clean and the apartment is located very close to the pool area. Also the area, Winter Park, is gorgeous. The place is only minutes away from the historic Winter Park downtown with gorgeous streets, shops, dinning options and more. This was more than what we expected since our trip was to Disney and the theme parks (which is very close as well). Winter Park was a wonderful bonus! Another thing that made our trip great was the owner of the property. She was very accommodating and helpful. It made everything effortless, comfortable and easy so that we could relax and enjoy our stay.
