Our second time in Turks and Caicos, but first time with VRBO. The owners were great right from the onset. Very quick to respond to any inquiries and made us feel very comfortable with the VRBO process and our vaction stay. Ramon the property manager was very friendly and helpful and checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was fine.

The condo is very clean and well maintained. Exactly as described and seen in the pictures. It is beautifully decorated and is within walking distance to many restaurants, retail and grocery shopping, We did not need to rent a car. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation, everything was perfect. Plenty of space for us and our 6 year old and we loved all the board games provided.

We highly recommend this condo and would happily book again next time we vacation in TCI.

My family stayed at this beautiful condo for a week in Feb. It is spacious, relaxing and so well kept, with amazing views of the pool and ocean. The pictures do reflect accurately – and personally I think it is even better in person. You will not be disappointed!

Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great, we didn’t need to overly pack. The kitchen had everything needed to fix a grand meal, and with a fantastic gourmet grocery and French bakery across the street, it was a perfect setup. We also splurged and dined at some great nearby restaurants. Best location. No need for a car – everything is walkable....and VERY safe. Make sure to catch a quick cab ride to Mango Reef Restaurant. Our favorite place to eat!

It is a quiet and friendly condo resort, with a nice mix of singles, couples, families, and the lucky retired. The condo was immaculate when we arrived. And, we left it that way. So helpful to have bed accommodations set up nicely for our 2 year old daughter. And she had so much fun at the resort! Thanks for having beach toys, BTW.

The weather was unbelievable – 75 to 80. The water is the most beautiful turquoise color, and the beach so clean and well maintained. Umbrellas and comfortable chairs at the beach, what more could you need?!

This was my family's first time renting from an online venue, so needless to say, I had apprehension and was a bit worried -- but Julianne was so wonderful walking me through the process and getting me comfortable with the idea. She went above and beyond, willing to call me late one night to introduce herself and tell me about her rental. She is so nice - We spent over an hour on the phone getting to know each other! She excitingly shared everything about this hidden gem, Turks & Caicos. She truly loves this island, and has such pride in her condo. I hope someday we can meet.

Thank you for having us. We enjoyed every minute, but the week went too fast. Can’t wait to go back!

This rental unit and Complex is Perfecr, Very Quiet. Family oriented ( but very Quiet)
Very Safe. secure ( we even sleep with the Patio door open)
A very nice place. A nice pool ,A lot of butheful flowers evrywere...very clean,There is beach towel next to the pool and on your way to the beach.. lots of chair at the beach and unbrella..
For the Location we Couldnt ask better( you have to keep in mind that the island is verry small and quiet.. nothing is really going on there.. but relaxing vacation,and nice eating )
We did rent a car a couples day and went around and visit the other part of the island (very small. 15 min deive on each side) we went to very nice beach sapodilla bay ( amazing ,, the water is co calm ist dosent mouve.. our 3 yrs old daughter Loved it...
Over all , the island is very nice, the condo is really nice also and clean and up to date

(food priceis a bit over the price line but not as much as Barbados..
Fruit and vegetable and cereals is over prices.. but the rest is almost the same....s

This is a GREAT place to stay. It is totally as described and photos are a true reflection (maybe not even as nice as the reality). Everything is totally clean and feels very safe. The owners are terrific! The beach is one of the nicest - with powder white sand and thee most beautiful turquoise water. I, along with my 2 boys had a fabulous time and would definitely not only return to Turk and Caicos - but would love to return to this specific haven. All three of us highly recommend it without any hesitation. As for activities - the best things to do are the water activities - we visited the conch farm, went on a snorkeling trip, played tennis, swam, relaxed, played all the board games so thoughtfully supplied by the owners - and were very sorry to leave!!!

This spacious, nicely decorated condo faces the pool AND gorgeous Grace Bay Beach AND is within walking distance of the Gourmet IGA AND the famed Coco Bistro, among others. It has all the conveniences of home - well-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, huge comfy bed PLUS one of the world's best beaches on your doorstep. The unit isn't stark as some rental condos can be - it has just the right touches of colorful, whimsical artwork and comfortable furniture. Also - although we tend not to watch TV on vacation - the large flat screen set with satellite cable was a treat so we didn't have to miss the first episode of Downton Abbey on PBS.

The owners were friendly and accommodating as was Ramon, their property manager. The resort is in the best part of Grace Bay and the unit is just as described - roomy and breezy and filled with thoughtful little touches to assure a comfortable stay. AND the resort restaurant, Seaside Café, turned out to be one of the best places in the area for lunch. It’s one of the few restaurants ON the beach and the conch ceviche as well as the spicy conch salad are delicious AND reasonably priced. We had a nice dinner there as well. The buildings at Ocean Club West are only three stories high and fit in well - much more so than some of the more massive resorts further down the beach. I would highly recommend this resort and this particular unit. (It made us want to buy a unit of our own - seriously.) I don't know if I've reviewed on VRBO before - although we used to rent out our New York loft on VRBO - but I have lots of reviews on Tripadvisor - my "handle" is "PipsPa".

NOTE: Turks and Caicos is beautiful but EVERYTHING is imported and so the restaurants and grocery stores are EXPENSIVE. Now this may sound crazy but several people suggested that if you're flying in direct from Canada or the US you should pack a soft-sided cooler or two in your luggage with frozen steaks, chicken breasts or whatever if you want to cook a few meals in the condo - there are also two gleaming communal Weber grills poolside. We did - as well as bringing coffee, cereal, bread and other items. Sure took the sting out of those occasional $300 dinners for two at Coco Bistro (that's with plenty of wine, mind you...)
