Lovely cabin conveniently located on Lummi, perfect accommodations for a weekend (or week) away. Excellent amenities.

We very much enjoyed our evening in this lovely bungalow. The view, especially at night, was so peaceful and soothing. The bungalow had every comfort we could wish for. Thanks for your thoughtfulness in making our stay such a special one.

Lovely spot with dawn view over water, friendly, helpful owners right next door, great little kitchen. Clean and pretty with fresh flowers in vase. I have a bad back, so the fold out sofa bed (I could feel the metal beneath the thin mattress) was not good for me; might not be an issue for others. Air system loud as it clicked on through the night, waking me up each time...not an issue I suppose in warmer months.
Owner's Response: I am so regretful that this visitor found the bed to be uncomfortable. She mentioned that she had a bad back and had the bed made up prior to her arrival as she felt she could not open the hideabed herself. I am so sorry she found the bed uncomfortable but was the first of many visitors here to express that. Typically we hear how comfortable the bed is. There is NO metal under the mattress which has a full wood base under the mattress. The hideabed is of extremely good quality and marketed as being very comfortable with no annoying bars to hit your back. Our son who lived there for 2 years has a very bad back and found the firm mattress perfect for his back. As to the noise of the electric heat coming on during the night, that electric heat temp. can be turned down and the propane fireplace set to a slightly higher temperature which would eliminate that problem. I do apologize to this woman for any discomfort she experienced.

Perfect Getaway

I was looking for some solitude (and a great meal at Willows Inn) so I booked 2 nights at the cabin in December. The cabin itself if beautiful, an amazing kitchen and just enough space for 1 or two people. There is no formal bedroom but the sleeper sofa is incredibly comfortable and the views are not worth missing. There's a restaurant just down the street if you don't feel like using the kitchen but next time I'll be spending more time in the kitchen!
