Huge living room with open plan, featuring four floor to ceiling sliding doors with step out decks that look out to the ocean and over South San Francisco. Spiral staircase links the two floors. Radiant floor heating throughout. Fully remodeled in 2011. Private courtyard set back from private driveway with gas BBQ. Full modern kitchen, laundry, high speed WiFi, projector TV for giant home cinema including high end surround sound, Blu Ray player, iPod dock. Each bedroom has a queen size bed with quality linens.

I know that every listing says that their place is unique. You are unlikely to find a place as unique as this. Edgehill Way is a magical place and 330 is the very top of the mountain. Most people have never been on the road, almost none on the private drive. The drive is listed in the walking tours of San Francisco as a must see. When people come here they do not want to leave.

Awesome place
Only surprise is the very narrow road up to the house. This might be uncomfortable for those who aren't as confident driving (elderly) and if you have more than one vehicle, parking on the hill could be a challenge. But this is the case in all of SF!
