My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this house. It is beautifully maintained, well-appointed, comfortable and inviting. The location could not be better - an easy 5 minute walk into Park City with all of the great restaurants & shopping, and 5 minute drive to Deer Valley, Park City and Canyons. There is also a free ski bus that stops just up the road from the house. This is a lovely home, a great town and we would love to come back for a stay sometime!

Family Friendly--7 minute walk to Main Street

4 adults, 3 children shared this wonderful home in Park City. It is a perfect vacation home for skiing/mtn. biking and taking advantage of downtown Park City. It took us literally 7 minutes to walk to the middle of Main Street. The house is bright and airy with a wonderful view. The kitchen had everything we needed to make great meals and the dining room nicely accommodated large gatherings. We cooked out on the beautiful deck and took advantage of the nice clean hot tub. Our Suburban truck also fit into the garage. The homeowner was very pleasant to deal with and provided great info on the surrounding area and attractions. I would highly recommend this property.

Great for groups with both skiers and non-skiers

Being a short walk to downtown really helped give lots of things to do to the members of our family who were not interested in skiing. Of course, for those of us who chose to hit the slopes, we were a very short bus or drive away to either Deer Valley or Park City. The open floor plan also made family time very enjoyable.

Great Vacation!

Rossi Hill was perfect for our two families and three kids. The side yard was great for the kids to play. The kitchen was well stocked which made cooking fun and easy. Perfect location for both Deer Valley or Park City and really close to town. It was so nice to arrive late and find the pantry stocked with some snacks for hungry kids and a bottle of wine for the adults. Graham is a thoughtful host.

Deer Valley/Park City Perfect Rental

Our family had a wonderful stay at this attractive townhouse. The floor plan is terrific and we enjoyed the open living space and private bedrooms. Just hanging out playing Scrabble (games provided by the owner) by the fireplace after a day of skiing was the perfect ending to a beautiful day. The owner has done everything to make staying here easy and enjoyable. The house is well stocked, with basics, games and books, and everything is marked. We appreciated his restaurant and ski rental recommendations and enjoyed the convenience of walking into Park City for dinner after a day on the slopes.

We were lucky to call Rossi Hill home for five days in late January 2013. The location is unbeatable. On the bus line to all Park City resorts and the downtown, and if you choose to drive, the heated driveway and garage make traveling in any condition a breeze. Rossi Hill is tastefully and thoughtfully equipped...from luxury bedding to the fully equipped kitchen to unlimited channels to the apres ski hot tub. Ah! Thank you Graham! We will be back!

Amazing Experience!! From the moment we walked in we felt right at home and found everything we needed. Property was clean and very well maintained. Location of the property was convenient to Main Street, Deer Valley Resort and Park City Resort. The owner went above and beyond our expectations and we greatly appreciate all that he did to ensure our family an unforgettable vacation.
