This brand new, fifth floor listing in luxury Vista Del Sol commands sweeping western views over Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf. Evening plans often revolve around the spectacular sunsets that fill the sky like great paintings...unique every night, enjoyed from the double-lanai or anywhere in the living area or master bedroom. (Even from the well-equipped kitchen!)
During the day, the view includes the peaceful flow of watercraft through the mouth of the Marina, some on their way to nearby islands like Captiva, Gasparilla and Cayo Costa or through the Boca Grande Pass. Another bonus vista is the Mangrove preserve, a Florida coastal treasure. It is peaceful and serene, yet lives up to its 'Natures Nursery' billing and offers fascinating glimpses, and sounds, of the many wildlife that make this home. And if you want to catch an amazing morning sunrise, both guest bedrooms look eastward over the resort palm trees.
Inside, the creative retreat continues in clean, contemporary styling, furnished with original, abstract fine art inspired by the surroundings. There is plenty of relaxing room, over 1,600 sf. Furniture, beds, fans, lighting, and accessories are brand new.
Sleep 6 in 3 bedrooms with ease: a Master King, Queen guest, and a flexible Daybed Twin/King guest. An overflow twin cot is also provided. All bedrooms have large walk-in closets. The private Master suite features direct access to the double-lanai and an over-sized bathroom with double vanity, separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. Laundry room with washer, dryer and storage closet are also provided. For entertainment the living room offers a 46' Samsung flat screen TV, with Blu-Ray DVD, Sound Bar, wireless Wi-fi access, and streaming blue-tooth music services.
This is a secure building with one under-building reserved parking place assigned to this condo unit. Rolling carts for luggage or groceries are next to the parking with secure entrance to the building lobby and elevators.
The condo is minutes away from every boaters dream, with incredible sailing or power cruising. And it doesn't get any better for saltwater anglers...snook, redfish, pompano, trout, cobia, and some of the best tarpon fishing anywhere. Kayaking is also popular along the mangrove-lined shorelines and tunnel 'trails'. Burnt Store Marina welcomes all boaters, and can accommodate vessels up to 100-feet, with deepwater wet slips, dry boat storage, and ramp. Overlooking the marina, full dining service is provided at Porto Bello's restaurant.
For the golfers, a beautiful 27-hole executive course is available in the resort with restaurant and an activities club. The greater Ft Meyers area provides many other public golfing options, too.
Exercise with a walk around Prosperity Point...you may see manatee and dolphins in the marina and surrounding channel. Biking, tennis, and a fitness club are also featured in this 600 acre gated resort.
If beach fun is on the menu, the area has popular options in every direction...Sanibel, Captiva, Ft Meyers, Venice, Gasparilla, Punta Gorda and Sarasota.
Or just ride the elevator down to enjoy quiet time in the building's private heated pool and jacuzzi/spa. It's beautifully landscaped, with a lighted, gas grill barbecue area for the perfect outdoor evening meal.
Burnt Store Marina Resort is the perfect get away vacation. A peaceful and friendly retreat with many on-site amenities, but near enough for shopping (Tanger and Miromar outlet malls), beaches, and international airport service at Ft Meyers.
With all of this, a stay at Vista Del Sol in Burnt Store Marina...well, don't be surprised if you forget what day it is!
We are Rick & Deborah, live in Franklin,TN (and love it), operate a retail art studio and manage Artist's Row in historic Factory at Franklin. We also show at juried fine art festivals all over the country (Deborah's the artist).
We have a natural draw back to Florida, due to lots of family in southwest and central areas of the state, and having met each other while living in Tampa. We travel here extensively for art shows and stayed at Burnt Store Marina last winter. We love the area, that it is 'off the beaten and crowded path' and find Vista Del Sol truly inspiring and relaxing. It has it all.
The combination of sunsets, sky, and sea are amazing. The mangrove preserve fascinating. The boating and fishing world-class. The community safe, secure and friendly. The amenities complete, and the entire southwest coastal Florida location (Naples, Ft Meyers, Punta Gorda, Venice, Sarasota) is a treasure...with Burnt Store Marina just one of the jewels.
