My husband and I, along with our infant daughter stayed in this apartment in early May, 2011. The apartment was exactly as described. The owner met us upon arrival, gave us a tour of the apartment, showing us where everything was. And she provided a great amount of information on the local community.

The apartment is in a residential neighborhood very close to shopping, restaurants and transit. The kitchen is very well equipped. The furniture is very comfortable. We were made to feel completely at home here and look forward to returning soon.

This flat is the most "lived in" of all that I have let for a holiday. The owner is a gracious hostess and her welcoming manner made our stay even better than the convenient location and pleasant city would have done already. While not furnished for children, the large sofa bed in the living room worked well for our two young ones. The map of local shops and restaurants was helpful and so many things are close by. I would recommend to friends and family, and would stay here again if traveling to Munich.

This was a very well sited flat within a five minute walk of the underground. Situated on the first floor of a modern and well maintained block of flats, the flat itself was quiet and from the rear looked out over a leafy courtyard. The flat was very clean and well equipped and the owner very helpful as we arrived quite late in the evening. There was a particularly useful map of the local area, which the owner had prepared and which had all local amenities - shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc clearly marked.We had a superb holiday and would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

This is an excellent find - spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, in a quiet and interesting location, very convenient for public transport. Shops, restaurants, services, characterful architecture all very near - you could wander round the local streets for hours and see something interesting at every turn. A great chance to live as a local in a fascinating city. Really welcoming owner, nothing is too much trouble. I would very much like to return here, and recommend it wholeheartedly.

The apartment was even better than we thought it would be as we have been disappoint with some property when we got to them.but this one I would recommend to anyone, very clean and the lady of the prperty was very friendly.We found everyone very helpful when it came to taken the undergrounds which is only 3 stops to the main munich station.We took all are day trips with Radius Tours which was great, we went to Dachau concentration camp cost 21 eur each /day in austria cost 35eur each /neuschwanstein castle 35 eur each and Nuremberg 39 eur each. So make sure you bring lots to spend to see all the sights.A great!!!!! week but very tired after all that. You will not be disapointed. Have a great !!!!! holiday.

Wir waren im Herbst/Winter 2011 gleich 2x Gast in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Von der Buchung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe. Auch die (durch Zugverspätungen) spätabendliche Anreise beim 2. Besuch war kein Problem. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist leider nur 1,40 m aber die Couch im Wohnzimmer eignet sich hervoragend zum schlafen. Ich hatte in 1 Woche nicht einmal Rückenprobleme. Es gibt genügend Einkaufmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker und Metzger in der Nähe. Auch die U-Bahn-Station ist ganz nah. Wir haben 1 Woche unser Auto (Stellplätze in der nächsten Querstraße, Kosten € 6 pro Tag außer Sonntags) nicht gebraucht und auch nicht bewegt. Wir haben alle Ausflüge, auch nach Garmisch und Murnau und an den Tegernsee, mit dem Zug gemacht. Wir haben noch lange nicht alles in München geschaut was wir wollten und kommen sicher wieder und diese Wohnung ist unsere 1.Wahl.

This was our second stay in the apartment and we enjoyed every minute of it. We’d definitely love to book it again in future.

The apartment provides everything needed to make it a real home from home. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the fact that there was a washing machine there was a big plus for a family travelling with a small child. This apartment provides an ideal base for exploring Munich and its surroundings for the nearest tube station (Josephsplatz) was within a few minutes’ walk from the apartment, and from there you could reach the main railway station in about ten minutes. In addition, the landlady was extremely friendly and helpful, and we'd like to thank her for her hospitality again.

In conclusion, the location and the apartment itself are excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Habe mit einer Freundin ein gelungenes Wochenende in dieser netten Wohnung verbracht. Im Jahr zuvor war ich in einer anderen Wohnung der wiederum sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieterin. Für zwei Einzelpersonen oder zwei Pärchen optimal, ansonsten ist "Kuscheln" angesagt. Lage ist unschlagbar, Entfernungen absolut im Rahmen des Machbaren (auch mit Gepäck). Wohnung sehr gemütlich und vollständig eingerichtet.
