Located in The Arbolada, this house is a beauty under the sycamores. Outdoor living, fruit trees, and smells of jasmine greet visitors. Summer swimming parties and a hot tub or outdoor fireplace in the cooler nights, make for cherished memories. The house is walking distance to the Ojai Village shops, restaurants and entertainment.
Caretaker lives on site, in an apartment connected to the house.
The spacious grounds, kitchen patio, bedroom balcony and patio invite visitors to relax and take part in the outdoors. A great kitchen for creating dishes or just socializing enhances California living at its best.
The Foothill Lane house is a scenic walk or short bike ride from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The mild Ojai climate means brisk mornings and warm days. View the stars and listen for night sounds in our quiet park like setting. There is a hiking trail behind the house that takes visitors around the Arbolada, a neighborhood that houses second homes to many Hollywood stars.
At the end of a cul de sac, our home greets visitors with an open sky over the orchard and room to roam. The house is spacious with a the second floor bedroom balcony that overlooks the back yard. The privacy of the downstairs bedroom opens to a front and back balcony. A favorite spot is in front of the patio fireplace that warms you on a cool California night.

Lovely home on a beautiful street
The pool area and backyard are great for entertaining or just enjoying the day/evening. The fully-equipped kitchen is modern with plenty of room for friends to hang out with you while you cook. The living areas are comfortable and well decorated and many have a fireplace. My favorite is the outdoor porch with the wood burning fireplace.
My family loves this house and we hope to spend more time here on our future trips to Ojai.
