The market was great this year for making an investment. We've been looking for about a year and when we found this place we knew it had to be the one. It is a gorgeous gated community. It is very close to Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, Red Sox stadium, restaurants, and shopping. We also love the community's Mediterranean theme of palm trees, fountains and beautiful resort style pool, hot tub, fitness room and a meeting center. We have family who live in Bonita Springs & we liked that it's not too far from them too. I love the west side of Florida with it's beautiful sunsets. It only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach to watch the skies proclaim God's glory. It's a fantastic place to vacation- boy, this makes me miss the place!

I love, love, love the water fountain view from the private balcony. It's no small thing either, it's very tall and runs from 8 in the morning 'til 9 or 10 at night. This particular unit is situated in a quiet area away from traffic noise. It's a quick walk (about 2 minutes) to the pool & fitness center. We also have a storage closet down stairs if needed. Plus, the bedroom was large enough for a KING SIZE BED, a must-have for us. We believe vacations should be comfortable, especially if you're staying a month or more. So, we furnished the place with quality & comfortable furnishings to hopefully make you want to come back again and again.
