Hi All,
So we've just woken up to another 40 degree New York morning, immediately missing our pool and beach :(. We wanted to thank you for the opportunity to stay at your fantastic Morning Glory villa. It was exactly what we were looking for and what was needed to escape for a little while. Marjorie, thank you as well for all of your attention and assistance during our stay.

Perfect Tropical Villa

"Morning Glory" could not have been better named. When you book a villa, you always wonder what they are not telling you. But when we arrived, the villa was exactly as described and pictured. If anything, it was even nicer! The home was spacious, comfortable, sparkly clean and had every convenience we could ask for. The views were so glorious we were stunned each morning when we looked out. The location is very private. The pool was clean and they came to maintain it twice a week. The landscaping and flowers were lovely. The little pocket beach is perfect for launching a kayak and watching the marine environment, but not a swimming spot. However, there is plenty of easy access to the fabulous Grace Bay Beach just a few minutes away on the other side of Provo, if you want to swim in the ocean. We were so happy at "Morning Glory" that we rarely left, except for a bit of exploring. Cannot wait to return.

A wonderful time with our two teen daughters

We had a fabulous time, and would happily go back. The house is just as it appeared in the photos, and was very clean. The TV and electronics worked well. When the coffee maker did not work as we expected, the house attendant brought a new one to the door the same day. Before we arrived, we worried the pool was going to be too small to enjoy, but really it's perfect - just right for some relief from the heat, and fun for playing in. The grill worked beautifully, and we enjoyed several evenings of home-cooked food on the screened in deck area. Our favorite spot may have been the wooden landing down near the water - very secluded, with a beautiful view of the bay; its particularly beautiful in the afternoon sun. The private beach is special as well, though it is covered briefly at high tide. Still reading on a beach chair half-in, half-out of the water in privacy is a treat.
And down the road there are two gorgeous beaches, with long sweeps of bright white sand and gentle water.

This home is on Chalk Sound, which is away from the resorts and much of the "action," which was exactly what we sought. The house was lovely and fully equipped. There was even snorkel gear and a 2-person kayak on the premises. Most everything was new and/or felt very fresh and clean. The beds were quite comfortable. The view from the house was just spectacular. The owner was incredibly responsive and gave us wonderful advice on what to do and where to go. While quite small, the private beach was scenic and offered a launching pad from which to kayak. There were a couple of nice beaches within 10 minutes drive of the house. If you want to go buy groceries, go snorkeling, diving, dining out, etc., you will definitely need a car. Highly recommend this property.

peaceful, relaxing, bayside villa

this bay-side villa has beautiful views and a quiet, comfortable atmosphere. the two bedrooms are roomy, comfortable and have a wonderful view of the water to wake up to. the kitchen is well equipped (plus outdoor grill!) and it was very nice relaxing, cooking in, and dining in the screened in porch while listening to the water. this rental gave me a great chance to relax, swim in the private pool and sit on the dock by the bay! I had a wonderful week exploring the surrounding beaches and even tried snorkeling! (equipment was available in the villa) i have recommended this home to many friends looking for a place for the whole family - and will most definitely be returning soon!
