Our Villa is almost 1200 sq ft, this 2 bed, 2 bath is open, bright, and airy with a lot of space. We have an assigned carport right outside our villa. Fully furnished, with living room, dining room, and balcony overlooking the golf course. The villa has a large master bedroom with a King bed and private bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a large closet. The ‘den’ with pull out sofa off of the living room converts into a third sleeping space
My parents have vacationed in Venice for over 10 years. We decided to come down from Ontario, Canada and find out what the secret is. Well, we found it.....beautiful beaches, southern hospitality, charm, great restaurants and never ending things to do.
This villa captured us from the moment we stepped inside. Once we opened the front door, our view of the 8th Green was a 20ft Television for rest and relaxation. Not to mention the cathedral ceilings that cascades light from the skylight. This villa is bright and cheery and makes you feel like you are at home in your tropical destination.
We are so lucky to have found our retirement home nestled in Bird Bay Village. Bird Bay is all about location, location, location. Something for everyone, the shopper, the golfer, the couch potato, the nature enthusiast, the sports minded and certainly anyone looking for the warmth and relaxation.

Great location
This condo has a lot of natural light all day long .We loved sitting on balcony to watch the sun sets or the golfers playing.
Everything we needed was there waiting for us to enjoy , bikes, beach umbrella, cooler,books magazines,computer , free calls anywhere in North America.
The beach is a nice 20 minutes bike ride, and charming downtown Venice even closer.
The unit will eventually need a bit of upgrading , but it is very clean and confortable and we recommand it
to every one who wants a relaxing vacation.
