We had a wonderful stay at Patrice and Francoise's home. The place is simple and straightforward, and everything you need if you are just trying to find a home to stay in but plan on spending most of your time out exploring. It was clean and spacious and has all the basics. Patrice and Francoise are also the perfect hosts. They were extremely responsive and super helpful and I could not have asked for a better experience with a VRBO rental. Thanks so much, Pat and Francoise!

We rented Francoise and Patrice's house for 3 weeks starting the end of March. The house was clean, good value and met our expectations. Basically the way it is advertised on VRBO is the way it is.

There were 3 of us that stayed here and for a few nights we had up to 6 of us. We are golf pros that certainly appreciated this house over a hotel.

Couple of items worth mentioning, there is a TV but no cable and there is no washer/dryer.

Still good value with Francoise and Patrice being very professional and easy to deal with.

Nice newer home in Desert Hot Springs. Very quiet neighborhood.
Close to the Spa's and Desert Dunes golf course.
We enjoyed our stay and the home is close to many of the local attractions -- Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, Cabot's Pueblo Museum, The Living Desert Zoo, the outlet mall. There are many things to do and places to dine or shop in Palm Springs and the surrounding cities. We had a relaxing time and great stay.
Owners are very responsive and diligent.
