Nothing short of perfection

Location, location, location! This property has it all. Perfectly maintained and equipped, it more than met expectations. My husband and I met our daughter here to celebrate her 30th Bday and the experience was fabulous. Most major attractions within walking distance and what wasn't is easily accessible from the Metro stop outside our door. Lots of great eating/drinking establishments on Saint Germaine and an extensive police presesnce, a result of our close proximity to the Assembly National, made walking at night a charm.
Victoria could not have been more pleasant, trying hard to help our trip go as smoothly as possible. It was reassuring to know she was nearby and her fluent English would be available if something went wrong. Having two bathrooms, was perfect for the three of us. Family closeness goes only so far when it come to privacy in the bath.
In addition to trying some of the nearby bistros Victoria suggested, we also ate at Lao Tseu, about three blocks down on Saint Germaine. The food was Asian fusion, the place charming, and the service very attentive. We had no reservation, (big mistake, reserve everywhere for dinner) and they initially placed us at a downstairs table. They could see didn't please me. When a reservation canceled shortly after we arrived, the waiter came and moved us to a nicer table. We would never have known of the cancellation, so I saw that as a commitment to satisfied customers. As the French take their food seriously, you almost can't go wrong anywhere. Bad places just don't stay in business
Hope we have an opportunity to return. Would have no hesitation in doing so.

Amazing Apartment! Loved it!

We stayed in 1 Rue de Courty in late March 2013 and had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Victoria was completely professional and accommodating from our first correspondence to our farewells at departure.
Our family of four stayed in the amazing apartment for 5 nights. We arrived mid-day and Victoria met us at the apartment to give us all of the info about the apartment and surrounding area. The apartment was very well appointed and clean, beautifully decorated and we enjoyed plenty of space for the four of us. Our 9 year old boys slept on the comfy pull-out couch in the living room while my husband and I enjoyed the wonderful master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom. The free wifi and free calls to the US were quite a bonus as well as the nice television in the living room for our boys to wind down with children’s movies at the end of a long day visiting the sights in Paris.
The tucked away kitchen was very useful even though we didn’t make any meals in it since there were so many delicious bakeries, cafes, and restaurants near the apartment. The dining room was a lovely extra space to enjoy after spending most of our holiday in hotels. The Nespresso for coffee and tea maker were easy to use to get the morning started. The little laundry area was perfect.
The location couldn’t be beat – literally right outside the apartment door was a Metro stop and so many sights were a very easy walking distance from the front door. We walked to the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Champs d’ Elysee, the Musee d’Orsay, Invalides, Musee Rodin, and much more.
Again, Victoria was especially helpful prior to our arrival, during our stay, and upon departure. Even when we discovered our 9 year old had an infection and needed medical attention, she quickly responded to our inquiries giving us the information for a pediatrician and other medical facilities nearby.
I cannot recommend 1 Rue de Courty highly enough. I hope to get back to Paris in the near future and would never dream of staying anywhere else!

We spent only three days in this lovely apartment in April. It was everything we hoped for when we planned our trip. The location is perfect with the metro so close that it is easy to get around, although we preferred to walk. The apartment is extremely well equipped and is beautifully decorated and maintained. Victoria could not have been more helpful & we will return for a longer visit next time!

Family Trip to Paris!

Choosing a Paris apartment can be daunting with so many listings, but this one will definitely not disappoint! My husband and I recently stayed here for a week with our two young children, ages 4 and 7. The property is within walking distance to many of the top tourist destinations including the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, Eiffel Tower... We were a bit hesitant about navigating the Metro with small kids but it proved to be quite easy and the nearest Metro stop is literally in front of the building. Initially I was concerned the property might be noisy because of it's proximity to the Metro, but we really could not hear it. Even the street noise is almost completely obscured with the double door windows in the living room.
The unit itself is very well appointed for a comfortable stay and eating meals in if you choose, though we also enjoyed many of the fabulous brasseries and bakeries nearby. The N'espresso machine was fabulous, would like to get one for home. Victoria, the owner was extremely helpful, responds to emails almost immediately. She and her lovely daughter were there to greet us when we arrived at the property and gave us a thorough run down on everything we should know about the apartment and what amenities were close by. Food shopping was easy, we found everything we needed at the Monoprix grocery store which was about a 10 minute walk.
We decided to use the bedroom as our children's sleeping quarters and stayed on the pull out in the living room which was plenty comfortable. That way we could stay up a bit later, and still had our own washroom facilities so as not to disturb them. Both the bedroom and living room have black out blinds you can pull down, perfect for having a long lie on vacation should you choose. The only negative thing I would mention, is that there is a Brasserie below the unit and at times we could smell some smoke in the evening from below. In general, lots of people seem to smoke on the outdoor patios in this city.
However, this property made for a wonderful home base for a lovely family holiday. So many great memories! Paris is a truly amazing city, can't wait to return. You can be confident you've made a good choice in booking this accommodation.

The apartment was very clean, and updated. Two full bathrooms! Excellent coffee shop/cafe downstairs. The only difficulty we had was with cab drivers who had trouble finding the street. So, we eventually learned to give them the corner address on St. Germain. The owner was very polite, and helpful, but not bothersome. The apartment also features an excellent kitchen & laundry room. Bring your own DVD's, games. Full internet & WIFI service! We would definately stay here again!

Classy, Stylish apartment in great location

Booking an apartment off the internet can be a lottery, do the pictures tell the truth? is the description accurate? i took a chance on this place because of it's central location and it turned out to be a real winner! Great kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Classy style with candles, music and art everywhere. 20 min walk to all the main attractions or €8 taxi. Owner has thought of everything, every last detail is covered. The house book gives details of everything you need including all the cafes, restaurants etc. Outstanding value compared to a hotel of this quality in this location. Think i've said enough, take a chance with this apartment, you won't be disappointed.

I don't even know where to begin, but look no further for other apartments. I am almost afraid to leave review because once word get's out I have a feeling it will be hard to book again. This is gorgeous modern apartment, if you love art and design this is a gem. The apartment comes with one private bedroom, very spacious with private full bathroom, the living room has a large sofa that pulls out to a queen size bed, very generous size and very comfortable. It also has full bathroom with shower in the hall way, a very rare thing in apartments in Paris. You do not have to bring a thing, just your clothes, the owner has thought of every little detail, from the extra umbrellas to wifi (by the way it's very fast)
The location is top notch, you literally have across the door a Metro stop( Asemblee Nationale), Musee D'orsay is a 5 minute walk around the corner, the seine river is a block away, you are on Boulevard St Germain, so you are in the heart of the 7th arr. Very convenient to the apartment is small tiny market which is great for water, sodas, milk etc but if you want to get your bigger buy a 10 minute walk away is a Monoprix ( major super market for us Americans) The best part is the owner Victoria, always there to answer any questions, answers every text and email at lightning speed and she speaks three languages, Spanish, English and French so no language barriers at all. Rent this place with confidence.

I have rented many Paris apartments and this was one of the best.
It is spacious, well-appointed and very functional for 3-4 people.
It easily accommodates a family with 2 children with a living room
that turns into a bedroom at night and with 2 separate bathrooms.
It even has a separate washer and dryer. The location is excellent
for walking to any place on either the left or right bank.
Even though it is right on Blvd St Germain, the double windows
with double glazing make the apartment very quiet.
The owner Victoria is most communicative and will make sure that
you will have no problems during your stay in Paris.
It is spacious, well-appointed and very functional for 3-4 people.

Amazing Apartment! Perfect location!

My husband and I recently spent a week in Paris for a second honeymoon and I cannot say enough about this apartment. The owners are wonderful to work with, the apartment has everything you can possibly need. It is beautiful, well appointed and very clean. The location is fabulous and everything you'll want to see is either within walking distance, or there are 3 metro stations literally within a block.

This is the second time we stay at this lovely and elegant apartment, centrally located, surrounded by fantastic buildings in a great residential area of Paris.
Location is just perfect, you can go by foot anywhere or take the metro just across the road. You don't need a car in Paris!
We came back because we felt at home immediately here. The owners were helpful and gave us great ideas on good restaurants, fantastic exhibitions and special shops. We felt comfortable and had space, which is not the case in any of the 4-star Parisian hotels we have been to before.
We loved to have a cozy breakfast in the high-tech kitchen with a Nespresso and a delicious 'pain au chocolat' from Gosselin. On Thursday, we just went downstairs to have a drink at the Jazz bar La Dauphine.
In the apartment everything is brand new and works, bathrooms are impeccable, the kitchen is very modern and well-equipped and the whole apartment is beautifully decorated and charming. Nothing in the apartment is cheap or tacky.
We will come back!
