Amazing Sunsets!

This thoughtfully updated, very clean condo is well equipped with everything you would need and then some. The photos do not do the rooms justice as they are much larger.
There was never a wait for the BBQs and the pool was never crowded. It's within easy walking distance to the grocery stores, restaurants, sports rentals and Kam I beach! Highly recommended if you do not have a rental car.
Kihei is a great central island place to stay for exploring the island sites and beaches. We loved the easy access to the Piilani Highway, which made it a short run to Costco for more wine! We always made sure to be home for sunset (which cannot be beat!) and then an after dinner walk in Kamala Beach Park.
The owners very prompt with replies to any questions we had.

We had a great time in Maui this Condo Unit is in a perfect location, right across from the Park, walking distance to the Beaches, Restaurants, Shopping, and Entertainment! We rented Paddleboards and hit the waves right in front of the unit, taking in the beautiful views and getting to see turtles right there with us! The Unit is very well appointed and nicely updated, very clean. We loved the double Lani watching the sunset every night and the surfers in the mornings, and extremely functional Kitchen was ideal, never a wait for the BBQ station, or just walked to a restaurant if we did not feel like cooking! In suite laundry a HUGE bonus and AC in the bedrooms to making it easy to fall asleep. The owners are extremely accommodating and receptive to your needs. We will definitely be back.

Perfect week in Maui

This was my first time in Maui and I loved my stay here. The condo was very comfortable and well maintained, exactly as depicted, and was in easy walking distance to beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, and farmer's markets. The condo was well stocked with everything you need and the washer and dryer was a definite plus. I spent my mornings on the lanai, with a cup of tea and my book – a great way to start the day. :) We explored many of the beaches in the area, did some snorkeling, and generally got the r&r we needed. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful - from the staff at Foodland to the locals we met at the condo or at the beach. Patty replied quickly to any questions we had and really made an effort to make sure we had an enjoyable stay in ‘our’ home away from home. Definitely looking forward to my next visit!

Great Stay in Maui!

This condo was a great place to stay in Maui. It is perfect for 2 couples or a family - each room has its' own full bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the washer/dryer in-suite came in handy. We enjoyed the large lanai, which fronted the living room and master bedroom. The sunsets were amazing! The photos represent exactly what you get at this Island Surf getaway!
The location was great - it was near many rental locations for surf boards, etc. and right across from the beach. It was walking distance from many great bars, restaurants, coffee shops, rental locations, and stores. It was great staying somewhere and walking to go get supper or a drink.
Patty, the owner, was great to work with. She was very accomodating and quick to respond to any pre-trip questions I had. Yes, they have loads of beach towels, sand toys, chairs, and even a soft cooler. She even provided some ideas for restaurants and activities.
I have already recommended this rental to many of my friends. I will definitely return to Maui (Maui is THE BEST!!!!) and will check this rental before any others. Every day is sunshine in Maui, and it was so great to stay at Island Surf.

Fabulous Place

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo. Everything about our stay was perfect. The owners have done a wonderful job of remodelling. Everything is new! (thankyou for the greeting gift) I love the extra-large lanai… sitting outside and watching the sunset was my favourite time of day. You are across the street from the huge Kalama park, which is a great place to go for a morning run (or walk!) You can see the turtles poking up through the water in the morning. If you need to buy groceries, Food Land is a 3 minute walk. We barbequed at the pool and relaxed on the beach. We found a lovely little beach just past the Cove (less than 5 minute walk) and set up for the day a couple of times. (and even did some glorious night swimming!) The owner advised us to use Kihei car rental, which we did, so we could go up the volcano and take a day trip to Lahaina (about 45 minute drive). The owner is so quick to answer our emails and questions, and really seems to care about our comfort. I would definitely recommend this condo for couples or families and will we will be trying to get back again next year. Thank you!

A Wonderful Condo and a Wonderful Experience

The condo was just as described. The owners have done a wonderful job of remodelling and ensuring our stay was comfortable with all new furnishings, floors, applicances, bedding, etc. The sunsets were stellar every night from the deck that overlooked the well kept park and ocean across the street. It was fun to watch the surfers and boarders every morning. If you wanted you could rent boards across the street from the condo with lessons. There are many places to walk for all your meals or go to Foodland down the street and get excellent meat to cook on the Weber barbeques on the pool deck. We loved the "poke" from Eskimo Candy or even Foodland - every day! Snorkelling was either a short walk or short drive away and the white sand beaches are endless (well nearly) and so close from the condo. I highly recommend this condo for it's location as well as the owners and their pride of ownership.
