Upper four-bedroom, three bath unit in a beautiful Manhattan Beach home, designed with the highest quality features. This unit, approximately three and a half blocks from the warm sands and cool Pacific Ocean, boast of a remolded kitchen with all new stainless appliances, granite counter-tops, hardwood floors, and spectacular views.

You may spend your day busy at the beach, shopping around downtown Manhattan Beach or walking the strand and the views of the sunset allow you to wind down after your busy day.

House is located near the beach and walking distance from the Manhattan Beach Pier and downtown.

I could not believe my eyes when I first walked up the stairs and into the main room of this place! The beauty of this place is insane. There is such a beautiful energy in this house and you feel it straight away. The beds are luxurious! You can also sit on the deck and watch the sun go up or down, or just watch the dolphins swim by while you have breakfast.

The place is right by everything. The beach is a short walk downhill, restaurants, shops and the pier just a few streets over.

The owners Greg and Gina are amazing! Between them and their wonderful assistants Christie and Kelly you will not feel better taken care of anywhere! Thank you Gina and Greg for creating this amazing experience!

You need to stay here! So good!

Absolutely beautiful vacation spot with incredible views of the beach and the pier!! You sit up high so your views are really spectacular...yet, you are close to the beach and it is an easy walk. Also really easy to walk to town. The house was spotless and Gina and Greg could not have been more hospitable. If you've never been to Manhattan Beach, there is so much to do. Excellent restaurants, tennis, biking, shopping, volleyball...alll within walking distance. We definitely will return and recommend the house to our friends!
