Our unit is a 2 bedroom/2 bath single family home with a 2 car garage (no need to dodge the rain drops or get into an overheated car!). The entire 1500 square feet home has been painted and completely refurnished with high end pieces. There is crown molding throughout the main living areas, bedrooms, den, and kitchen.

Great Room: The freshly painted and newly furnished living and dining room boasts a beautiful dining room table, sofa and 2 occasional chairs. The living room also has a 55' LCD high definition television.

Bedrooms: The master has a king size bed, 39' HD tv, a walk in closet and a master bath. The guest room has 2 twin beds and a 32' TV. The bathroom is right around the corner. The den is furnished with a queen sofa bed (with a pillow top mattress topper) to accommodate extra quests. It also boasts a 32' TV.

Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need including Circulon pots and pans, coffee maker, dinnerware for eight, cooking utensils, etc. Also, all the appliances are brand new; the refrigerator is a large capacity side by side with ice dispenser and filtered water in the door!

Lanai/Patio; Enjoy your evening on our beautiful PRIVATE screened in lanai. The lanai has a comfortable sitting area and with a dining table that seats six guests!

Garage: The attached 2 car garage has an automatic garage door opener. It also stores all the extras you may need i.e. cooler, portable chairs, step stool. No need to park your car in the hot sun!

Laundry: The laundry room has an extra large capacity stackable washer and dryer. No bending over to put laundry in the washer or dryer as the washer is top load and the dryer is on top and front load.

Wireless : The entire unit including lanai is has wireless internet access.
