We have spent many vacations in Palm Springs, this was the best. We were met at the property by Kent who had, been very resourceful in getting two cycles for our son and his girlfriend to use ( we used them too) He was very helpful in running through every thing at the property. The property had every thing , we noticed the owners had asked for anything the guests thought was needed to make them aware, which they obviously acted upon as it had every thing. It was very, very, clean, nice touches with all the toiletries supplied, plenty of towels for the property and the pool, mum loved the kitchen and dad loved the grill and everyone loved sitting and relaxing on the private patio both for breakfast and a evening meal? The location is great with just the right length stroll back from the high street after a nice meal and a few glasses of wine at the many great PS restaurants . We had the pool to ourselves when we used it and great mountain views ! We had a great time and will definitely talking to Kent for a return visit !

What a great property, good location if you like to walk a little. Only a 15 minute walk to the Main Street of Palm Springs and the Starbucks. We found many great restaurants and the hiking was only a 10 minute drive away. Easy to access the many golf courses in the area too.
We really enjoyed the Movie Colony homes in the area. You can pick up a map and find celebrities homes, past and even some present.
The property feels very secure and private and it had all the amenities as listed. It was exceptionally clean and the Property Manager was very helpful and attentive even if it was just a burnt out light bulb.
The only thing that would have made is more perfect was for the main pool to be heated. The Hot tub was working as of Feb.1st and we thought the main pool would be as well.
I would definitely recommend this property only to my dismay that it will probably be rented all the time, making it difficult to book a return stay.

What a fantastic place to call home for a week. The space itself is open, warm, and welcoming. All the amenities one could need to cook, relax, play. The location is fantastic as well. We were able to walk into town when we wanted. The views off of the balconies were beyond compare. Kent was so helpful in getting us settled into our first, and definitely not last visit to Palm Springs and this wonderful home

This is a modern yet truly comfortable gated townhome in Central Palm Springs. The Master Suite is very spacious and relaxing, plus has lots of closet space! The main living area is bright, cheerful and very spacious with midcentury decor. The kitchen and outdoor grill are amazing and provide every tool you need for those evenings you decide to cook in. As it was cooler weather during our stay, we indulged in the community spa (hot tub) a few evenings and had it all to ourselves! During the day, we walked to the downtown area and the Old Las Palmas neighborhood so a car is not necessary if you want to just stay in town. All types of restaurants are walking distance away. As golfers, we drove to Indian Canyons courses just 10 minutes or less away. This is the place to stay!

Our first impression was that the condo complex was small and friendly. One of the neighbors came over to say hello. He and his spouse spend their winters in Palm Springs and their summers in Michigan. When he found out that we were interested in hiking he recommended that we go up the Whitewater Canyon, which is on the way to the Outlet stores north of Palm Springs. We decided to go for a hike in the morning when it is cooler then visit the Outlet stores in the afternoon.

We went for the canyon tour which is about 3 miles in length, although longer hikes are available. The trail winds its way up to Canada, where it joins the Trans Canada Trail.

We found the Condo to be bright and well lit. The Natural Gas stove was a delight to cook on. It is a small matter perhaps, but the steak knives, and the cutting knives were all very sharp, and all the cooking equipment was in pristine condition.

The commercial quality barbeque on the enclosed patio deserves mention. It makes the chef look like a pro. The patio is well lit and allows the chef to keep an easy eye on his creations after dark. The patio garden is private and comfortable. One of the birds in the garden definitely made a big impression.

If one is an early riser, the patio is an excellent place to sip one's morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the palm trees.

This Spacious, Comfortable, Hip & Modern home is amazing.
Located in a Great Location, I was able to walk to all that Palm Springs has to offer. Loads of great eateries and shopping.
Well furnished and comfortable, we wanted for nothing here.
Lounging around the pool we enjoyed the picturesque mountain views.
And it's literally less than 10 minutes away from the airport so its easy to get to as well.
Couldn't ask for better.
