Outstanding in Every Way
This is the best vacation home I've ever rented. It is a true Palm Springs Alexander on one of the best streets in the the best neighborhood in Palm Springs. The house is expertly renovated and thoughtfully and stylishly decorated -- every room is special. And the the house and the landscaping are in immaculate condition, which is very rare in rental properties. The house is also very well equipped with a true chef's kitchen indoors, a very nice outdoor kitchen and a separate catering kitchen. Everywhere you turn, you are surprised by the style and quality of this home. If it's available, look no further and book it.

Amazing Paradise In Palm Springs
Our family spent close to a week at this impeccably clean, spectacularly designed and incredibly comfortable "estate" -- we rarely left to take in the sights of Palm Springs because the wonderful pool and hot tub, the large outdoor grill, the fire pit and graceful openness of our "home" was all we wanted. We had the incredible experience of all the luxury that comes with the latest of modern amenities and the immediate presence of natural beauty literally outside the glass doors of our living area and bedrooms. The beauty of the desert hills and sky and the perfect pristine living space made our time in Palm Springs unforgettable. A few words about the kitchen(s)--I never thought I would use three dishwashers but we found that it was such a pleasure to cook large family meals night after night that we did, in fact, use them all! Our teen girls loved the latest flat screen tech stuff all over the house and in the desert chill of the early morning, the overhead porch heaters kept us warm while some of us watched the sun come up over the mountain. Hummingbirds in the greenery. A fridge as big as a car. (Actually, several fridges), beds inside and by the pool!! that the perfect ration of soft/hard...just writing this, I wish I was back. Our family is already planning our return.

Magnificent!
There were 6 of us, 3 couples. This home was so spacious and roomy we hardly knew there were that many people at the house. The entire house, kitchen and bathrooms were emaculate! The house had everything needed, the kitchen was well stocked with every dish and utinsil you'd ever need. And the backyard was superb, laying by the heated pool was terrific with one of the best views in Palm Springs of the mountains.
We will surely be back to this home again and again!

You won't be disappointed
You won't be disappointed
We are frequent visitors to the Desert, always renting luxury properties in Vista Las Palmas or Old Las Palmas. This one is by far our favourite, and we have already made reservations for our two trips next year.
We had the honour of being the first paying guests to stay in this fabulous vacation rental property. One of the owners had showed us the house in mid-renovation back in June, and we booked straight away for our September/October return trip to Palm Springs.
Scott (the hugely efficient and professional property manager) had kept us up to date about the progress of the renovation, and we were fascinated to see watch the owners' dream taking shape.
We arrived after hours off a long flight and connection from London to be welcomed by Scott and Richard at the elegantly lit entrance into the house. We had seen loads of pictures, but the finished product still took us by surprise. This is way beyond a mere vacation house. The owners have thought of every convenience a traveller could possibly want (or not even have realised he wanted!), and combined these with a real sense of style and attention to detail.
We loved the shows of hospitality not seen in previous rentals (welcome basket, fresh flowers, fridge stocked with the basics for the first few days), as well as practical items such as cleaning supplies. They even thought of leaving breakfast pastries as they knew we wouldn't want to be going out shopping late at night.
The house itself is very well laid out for a great vacation in the sun. The outside areas are fantastic - pool with tanning shelf, huge spa, fountains, loungers to flat around on. There are a few areas to lie out in, including really comfortable outside proper beds. There are two outside showers, an outside kitchen, multiple outdoor lounge areas. We didn't use the misting system, but that's there too.
Inside the 3 bedroom suites and 3 bedrooms were obviously surplus to the requirements of only two of us, but would clearly work for friends wanting to vacation together, yet still have privacy. The kitchens are fully stocked with appliances. Try as we could we honestly couldn't think of anything missing. If you want to bake a cake, you have all the Kitchenaid appliances to do so!
We like our entertainment, so were very impressed with the array of tv's, cable, music connectivity. Very fast Internet.
The owners have not cut corners on quality, so you'll find great bedding, towels, crockery etc...

Wow!
From its curb appeal to the pool area set against the backdrop of the San Jacinto Mountains, this house is amazing! The description and photos are detailed, but it must be seen. I really enjoyed the saltwater pool and spa. The water was very mild and soothing and did not irritate my eyes as with most freshwater pools; and most important to me, like the house itself, was very clean. The luxurious poolside lounge beds complete the experience. This was my fourth stay in a Palm Springs vacation rental, and by far, the best. I hope it’s available when I’m able to return.

Great for multiple families
Brought my kids here and had a fantastic time. The place is gigantic but feels intimate in each sub suite and nook of the house. This place is well laid out and totally functional for several families. I have mid-kids and they enjoyed so many parts of the house from the pool that they almost never left to the various lounging areas that are great to escape to for games, reading or just to chill out in midday heat of Palm Springs. I have been to a number of luxury spots that feel like house sharing all many have been lovely, but this place is truly stunning.

Magnificent!
Instant relaxation from the minute you walk in the door. The owners have thought of everything - this place is FULLY stocked with every conceivable convenience from crockery to connectivity. The hardest part of our stay was making sure we tried out all the lounging options - there are many, and they are all A+. I really can't recommend this location highly enough.

Spectacular, breathtaking
The photos on this site, while spectacular, don't convey just how wonderful this house is. The setting, with its mountain backdrop, is beautiful and serene. As for the house, it's nothing short of amazing. The common areas are spacious and airy, the bedrooms are luxurious, and kitchens and bathrooms are extremely well appointed. The decor throughout the house is brilliant and often whimsical. Attention to detail throughout is exquisite. Finally, the pool and spa -- these deserve a review of their own. Suffice it to say that I had to force myself to get out of the water long enough to enjoy the rest of the property.
I can say only good things about this rental and eagerly await my next opportunity to stay there. If you're thinking about booking a rental here, DO IT.
