The home offers a rock waterfall swimming pool, jacuzzi, cabana over looking the water, second floor lanai, dock and two kayaks on the 80+ foot dock. There are multiple boat rental locations less then 5 minutes away.

Enjoy a spectacular sunset while grilling in the backyard. This place has it all!

Hello there..I'm Jonathan Goettlich and my family purchased this home as our primary residence in 1998. I grew up in Sarasota and went to school on Siesta Key. The home has so much to offer those on vacation, which includes privacy and the ultimate location on Siesta Key.

My family chose this home after enjoying wonderful vacations in the area, which is secluded and full of marine life. This is nature at its best. I'm excited to offer this awesome property to other families, so they might enjoy what I have for over a decade. This is truly a one of a kind luxury vacation home.

What makes this estate unique

This property has amazing views of the bay. The home also sits on a small cul-de-sac with only 9 homes, not to mention it sits right on mangroves and smack in the middle of bird sanctuary. The house has special touches: from the dock stretching out over the lagoon, the kayaks for exploring the gulf, the second story screened in porch offering spectacular views, plus so much more.

If you are looking for an incredible stay in paradise, this is the place! This house has everything - it's spacious, immaculate, huge chef's kitchen and gorgeous backyard with grill, outdoor dining, hot tub and pool. Wake up with a view of the gulf and head to the beach.
My family had a relaxing stay and not only did we enjoy all of the amenities of this home, but the location was conveniently located near the beach and plenty of wonderful restaurants.
The owners are wonderful and attentive to any questions or concerns we could have had. We will definitely be back!!
