137 The Greens - This two-story villa overlooks the greens of Shipyard's Galleon Golf Course. It is perfect for families, tennis players, golfers, or anyone just looking to relax. Located within the private, gated Shipyard Plantation, this spacious end-unit, private entry villa is completely furnished and a quick walk or bike ride to the beautiful Shipyard beach. The world-renowned Van Der Meer tennis center and Shipyard Racquet Club are directly across from The Greens. Coligny Plaza, with its many shops, is mere minutes away from the Pope Avenue exit. Parking and the community pool are just steps from the front door.

The first floor of our non-smoking villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, gourmet Fisher - Paykel and Whirlpool Gold stainless steel appliances. It also has a breakfast nook overlooking the private courtyard, dining room with seating for six, half-bath with new Kohler fixtures and granite, and a large comfortable family room with access to the wrap-around deck. A 42' flat screen high def TV provide high-quality family entertainment.

You are free to enjoy wireless broadband and long-

distance calls (within the continental US, Canada and Puerto Rico).

Upstairs is the large master bedroom with king-size bed, 32' Magnavox LED HDTV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and en suite full bath. At the opposite end of the hall is the second full bath and guest room with two twin beds, flat screen high def TV, ceiling fan and closet. The laundry room with full-size washer and dryer is also located on this floor.

We have a relationship with a local bike rental company to provide discounted rentals to our guests.

This villa has key less entry and is privately managed by a local company. There is no need to stop at a rental agency office to pick up/drop off keys, gate passes, etc. You go directly to the villa and begin your vacation immediately!

The new owners (2012) of this villa look forward to welcoming both new friends and former guests.

When we decided to buy a small slice of heaven, we knew we wanted it to be in Shipyard Plantation. Shipyard is centrally located on the island and is convenient to shopping, restaurants, gorgeous beaches, and miles of biking/walking trails.

We have stayed at this unit for the past 5 years. When we arrive we always feel like we are home.This unit is well appointed to make your stay comfortable. Wanda and Jeff are easy to deal with as is the property manager if needed.
I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a relaxing time away.You are a 5 minute walk to the ocean and the bike trails are great.
There are plenty of restaurants nearby or if you want to stay in the Fresh Market has the best meat and fish around.

Recommended for: Romantic Getaway

137 Greens has become our "home away from home " for several months of the year. We count ourselves very fortunate to have found this lovely villa in Hilton Head. 137 Greens is beautifully decorated in a warm cozy style. Every time we have been here , the villa has been spotlessly clean. The up-graded kitchen featuring granite counters and new kitchen cabinets is very well equipped for people like us who like to cook at home. We were also very pleased with the quality beds and the bedding and the abundance of nice fluffy white towels. Having the laundry room on the upper level is also very convenient. Being a five minute walk away from one of the most spectacular beaches and having miles and miles of bike paths just outside the front door are a huge factor in what makes this unit so special.
The new owners have been most accommodating to our requests. We couldn't ask for better hospitality. The friendly property managers have always been very obliging.
We hope that we will be able to continue to come to 137 Greens for a long long time. We would definitely recommend this unit to any of our friends and relatives.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
