About Owner/Manager

We're Mike and Roxy Guida, proud island owners of Kihei Akahi C412. We have a home on the mainland in Austin, Texas, but spend several months each year on island. Like many couples, we honeymooned in Maui and just fell in love with the island.

After many years of hard work in our jobs, then building our own business while raising our son, we were finally able to come back to Maui. After just a couple more visits, we knew we'd eventually like to retire on island. Well, we're not quite ready yet, but through condo ownership, we discovered a great way to visit Maui more often, while also sharing paradise with our valued guests. We hope you enjoy our condo at Kihei Akahi C412 as much as we do, and will visit again on your next visit to Maui.

Why Owner/Manager chose Kihei

We looked at many condos all over Wailea and Kihei, and put a lot of thought into our decision to purchase our condo at Kihei Akahi C412.

First of all, we chose Kihei for the diversity of island activities without being overly touristy like the Ka'anapali area. Kihei has amazing beaches and parks, fantastic restaurants, stores and shops, long stretches of beautiful sandy shores for walking and relaxing, and anything and everything a Maui visitor could desire. Kihei is situated just a few minutes to Wailea, 20 minutes to Lahaina, 20 minutes to the airport and shopping in the busy town of Kahului, and a quick drive to many other fantastic Maui areas like Big Beach in Makena, the quaint little town of Paia, the Road to Hana, the drive to Heleakala, and much more scenic island beauty to experience.

We chose Kihei Akahi for the lush, perfectly maintained island landscape, steps-away proximity to our favorite 2 Maui beaches and the ability to walk a short distance to many of our favorite restaurants, stores and shops.

What makes this condo unique

We chose Kihei Akahi C412 because of its perfect location on the property just steps away from the main pool and amazing mountain and ocean views from the lanai. Step out on the lanai in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying swaying palm trees, the songs of island birds, and the fragrant scents of plumeria and other island flowers on the lush grounds below.

A beautiful place to stay!

It was our first trip ever to Hawaii and it went absolutely perfect thanks to Mike who rented this beautiful condo to us! We could hardly imagine what we might need in our trip and... the condo has it all!

Location is the most convenient whether you want to relax on a beach or enjoy dining or shopping. Everything is around in a walking distance.

The condo itself is nicely renovated and maintained exceptionally well. It has a lot of sunlight and air, and the view from the balcony deserves additional mentioning. Your can see a sunset while relaxing with a cup of tea or a glass of vine sitting at the balcony in the evening ocean breeze. It was just perfect experience.

Amenities and appliances. The complex has a pool, barbecue area and a tennis court so you can do something different every day. But if you are a reserved person and don't want to go out too much, you just can stay home. Yes, it was a feeling like we were home because the owner(s) thought about every minute detail to make their guests comfortable. The condo has all necessary appliances and even more: beach mats, chairs, umbrella, tennis rackets, something you don't event think of.

We would definitely recommend it to our friends and rent it again for our next visit to Maui. Additionally, we would like to say many thanks to Mike for guiding us trough the entire reservation process. It was the first time for us when we rented a condo for vacation and Mike was extremely helpful and supportive.

My wife and 2 of our best friends want to thank you for providing such a fantastic condo for our vacation. Your condo is absolutely beautiful and every amenity we could think of was provided for us, at a very reasonable price too. Maui Condo and Car checked in on us twice during our stay, and gave us some great pointers on nearby restaurants and activities. That was quite impressive and very much appreciated. We plan to come to Maui every year and will definitely try to book this condo again. Thank you!

Great place to stay!

My parents stayed here on their vacation and loved it. I live here in Kihei and am so happy that I found this beautiful condo for them just a block from my house. It's a perfect location with lots to see, do, eat and drink within walking distance. They were very comfortable and felt right at home in this newly remodeled and fully stocked condo. Dealing with Mike was great, he retuned my calls and sealed the deal for them within 24 hours. I'm a concierge here on the island and would recommend this condo to any of my customers, friends and family.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
