Kitchen has granite counter-tops -the master bedroom has a king sized bed, flat-screen TV, with cable. The master bath features a large garden tub, glass-enclosed shower stall, and dual-sink vanity. The second bedroom has a 2 twin sized beds. The living room is furnished with queen sleeper sofa, desk, flat-screen TV and DVD player. State of the art sound system. I chose to buy this home because it was the closest home to the marina and i didn't want a condo. From this marina, you are opened up to the mouth of the gulf with direct access which is a rare thing considering how many man made canals there are that go no where! You will enjoy this place as much as we do.

What makes this house unique

Inside a sheriff guarded gated waterfront community with direct access to the gulf.

Worried about your kids safety as they play? Inside the development there are very strict rules on the speed of your cars. No more than 20 miles per hour. Also there is a designated bike route thru the entire development for safety.

The property was in excellent condition with many extra ammenities in refrigerator, kitchen and baths to get you started. Great lani for sunning and gathering. Great location with super restaurant with in walking distance. Great walking paths with manities in the marina. About a 15 minute drive to a grocery store.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing

An all inclusive experience for a reasonable price.

I had the wonderful opportunity to get away for a weekend near Ft. Myers. This location is about 45 minutes North of Ft. Myers Airport up 75, but once there, no need to leave! This open and spacious two bedroom accommodated a couple and a single with private baths for both. The house is clean and well maintained. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The lanai is like a tropical paradise. If you play golf, the three executive courses will challenge your short, sand and putting games. Boaters will marvel at the marina and all the amenities. The restaurant/bar in the gated community offer a great lunch, dinner or drinks and appetizers.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
