This recently renovated, fully furnished vacation villa is in the exclusive gated community of High gate Park in Davenport. It is perfect for 1 or 2 families. You get a spacious house in a well-kept, secure gated community with your own private pool. It has all the comforts of home at a fraction of the cost of staying in a hotel. It is located just off Highway 27 and is conveniently located near local shopping (Publix, Super Wal-Mart), restaurants, golf courses and is close to all the major theme parks.

The home has a spacious king master bedroom, a queen and 2 twin bedrooms, living/dining area that opens up to the screened pool/spa area and large kitchen with breakfast nook. The pool comes with free solar heating. Our professional management company ensures that the home is professionally cleaned and equipped with fresh linens and towels before your arrival and our property manager is just a phone call away.

This home comes with the following amenities:

- 42” HDTV with 180+ channels and DVD Player in Living Room, basic TV in bedrooms.

- Free high speed internet (WiFi)

- Free unlimited calling across the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico

- A games room with a large pool table, foosball and air hockey.

While Disney area is very safe, we loved the added security of a gated community. We loved the well maintained complex and the proximity to all the conveniences.

The perfect getaway!!

We had an amazing vacation!! Your villa is absolutely beautiful. Could not have asked for a better location. It was a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood, close to everything. I am missing having my breakfast by the pool every morning. I would not change a thing it was absolutely perfect and when we return to Orlando we will be renting from you again. The ease of transaction and the condition of the house was more then we expected. It was a real home away from home for all of us.

Great vacation rental property

We stayed at this house this past summer. We came to Orlando as part of a tour group and then decide to extend our stay. We got this house as a last minute find and we were pleasantly surprised. I have to say our stay and this house was 10 times better than our initial stay at the hotel we got through the tour booking. The house was spacious, very clean and the kids really enjoyed the pool and the games room. In fact my son wanted to come back early from Legoland to go into the pool! Great vacation rental!

This rental house is beautiful, great location, & comfortable in all aspects. Price is great, close to the Disney parks / reasonable driving distance to Universal Studios,and shopping centers. All age groups will enjoy. The house comes with the kitchen, equipped with all required utensils and can cook your own meal if you are on restricted diet. My 89 year old father was very happy to enjoy home made meal after spending long hours in the parks during our stay. Kids for sure will enjoy the pool. We definitely stay at this house again on our next trip to Orlando, FL. I would recommend this place to anyone with family looking for safe and comfortable stay during their vacation in Orlando.

Gorgeous home with amazing Canadian Owners!

We rented this house for our family vacation this past winter. There were 6 adults and 2 kids in our party and it suited ALL our needs perfectly. The pool area is absolutley perfect for all ages. The house is gorgeous with not a spec of dirt or dust anywhere. We were not far from Walmart, Publix or Disney. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet and very well maintained. I would recommend staying here to anyone. We will be back for sure!
