Renting this flat was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Taya, the owner, is incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way. Her sister, Victoria, met us at the flat at check-in and she was a delight! Not only a fountain of knowledge about the location, public transportation and things to do, she really made us feel welcome, like guests more than "tenants."

The flat was immaculate. Everything sparkled. There were more than enough good quality towels and linens to go around and the kitchen was very well stocked. The furnishings are definitely "above rental property" standard and show clearly that this place is very well taken care of, and all the amenities are carefully planned for the guests.

One thing to note: if you have someone in your group that has difficulty with stairs you should be advised that this flat is up two flights. We all liked the exercise, but it might be an issue for someone with an injury or stiff knees.

We were a group of middle-age ladies in town for a girl's weekend and it was great to have Golden Gate Park and several public transit lines within a few blocks. I would whole heartedly recommend this property to families, girl's weekenders, or small groups wanting a comfortable place to stay in the City. It can comfortably accommodate eight guests: 2 in the king bed, 2 in the queen and 4 in the bunks. (My girlfriends thought the bunks were really fun, like Summer camp!) There's also sofa bed in the living room in case someone doesn't want a top bunk.

I have rented many places to stay and this is by far one of the few I would absolutely rent again. Just a great experience all around. Many thanks to Taya for getting it right.

We loved staying at this condo! A group of us were attending an academic conference in the city and collaborated to stay here instead of the conference hotels downtown. The commute into the city was only 30 minutes on the MUNI transportation system and very easy to navigate. The wonderful part for us was that we had easy access to the park (for jogging and walking) and to the beach (to watch some beautiful sunsets) and had a place to come back to each night after a long day. The condo was set up to provide comfort and convenience. It truly was a retreat for us and allowed us to have meals together as a group, to socialize each evening and discuss our new learning. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and as a group, the cost and the comfort was better than the conference hotels!

The apartment itself is great, perfect for a family vacation. The apartment is very spacious, very confortable, immaculate and wonderfully stocked. For those who want to cook, the owners already provide salt, sugar, spices and oil, along with a nicely stocked kitchen for pans and utensils. The complimentary fruit basket and wine is a nice touch. Nice parking.
The neighborhood is great, with lots of asian restaurant and supermarket at walking distance. The apartment is located just a short walk to public transportation. It's a bit far from downtown, but it is just beside golden state park.
Victoria was lovely, she gave us a tour at arrival and gave us great tips on where to shop, what to visit, restaurants, etc.
The security deposit was returned only 4 days after checkout.

The only problem I can think it's that the internet connection is a bit choppy.

We would definitely stay there again. Taya is very professional and a great host. I recommend this place to anyone looking to stay at this area.

The condo was in a quiet neighborhood location, within a short walk of the bus or muni train, and it was easy to walk to nearby markets or restaurants. Our friends who stayed with us also had a car, and the garage space was greatly appreciated since street parking would have been a challenge. The condo was in good condition, with a very well-stocked kitchen for pans, dishes, etc. None of us needed it, but I appreciated having the first aid kit. Like most hotels, shampoo and soap/body wash was provided, but not conditioner, so just bring your own if you use it. The complimentary fruit basked was a nice touch. There are stairs to access the condo, so I'd recommend packing light suitcases!

Our stay at the condo on 25th Ave was great and it's a perfect place for families to stay while visiting San Francisco. The condo was clean and well stocked, and is conveniently located by many restaurants, especially Chinese and Thai. This is a very interesting part of SF and it's close to golden gate park, which is fun for the family. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone interested in visiting SF, we had a great time.

Wonderful apartment. It was exactly as advertised. Check in and check out were very smooth. The security deposit was promptly refunded. Parking was great. We would love to return and stay again.

This was a great place for our family to come back to each day after sight seeing.
Big community area with large dining room table and large flat screen tv allowed everyone to catch up with each other at the end of the day, watch a movie, catch up on emails. The 3 bedrooms are way down the hall away from the main room so you have quiet for those who go to bed first.
Victoria was terrific, she met us at 1 AM and walked through everything and gave us great tips on how to get around, where to shop etc. Thank you. At the end of the day we only needed 5 minutes to drive down to the beach and watch the beautiful sunsets.

Location is very close to the beach and the golden gate bridge park and the bridge itself.
I would highly recommend this to my friends or family.
