2 story townhouse conveniently located , 1 of Triplex

Very convenient to shops, freeways, and restaurants. Very quiet and charming area, with houses built in the 20's 30's. Written up in details magazine as one of top emerging cities in world.

Walk to Griffith Park, which has everything like hiking, tennis,horseback,pool,tennis,soccer,and more. Three blocks to Glendale which has all the shops, eateries, and yoga. Trader Joe's is less than a mile.

Great layout , bedrooms upstairs away from visitors, refinished hardwood floors, Saltillo tile in kitchen, large grassy front yard, rear private small patio, modest yet clean bright, and priced well for the money. Why stay in a hotel???h Smart tv with Netflix and password.

Comfortable, Great Location, Excellent Experience

The location of this townhouse is excellent. We were minutes away from LA Historic Park and Chinatown. The split level was nice and we slept 5 comfortably the entire stay. Fully functioning kitchen was nice. It was also a plus that the door has a key less-numbered entry so there was no worry about loosing a key. The owner was very nice and attentive. He texted me great directions to the property and then again to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The bathroom is nice, there is only one for the entire unit but it didn't seem to cause a hassle, even with three females on vacation. Each time I contacted the owner he responded back very quickly. On the day of checkout I asked for a little more time to leave and he gave us a later check out time with no worry. I was able to pack and clean up leisurely, I did not feel rushed to leave which was nice. I am very pleased with my experience here and will likely stay again when traveling to this area.

Loved the location! Charming townhouse with all the amenities, including washer/dryer in a family neighborhood. Walk to shops, restaurants, and freeway is nearby. Great price! I would definitely stay there again with my family.

Pillowtop mattresses, refinished hardwood floors and nicely done decor make this townhome a comfortable place to stay. Wifi internet access makes it easy to get work or emails done. Washer & dryer off the kitchen is great bonus as well. Location is in a nice neighborhood with easy close I-5 access. Home was very clean and updated.

Great rental, quiet area.

This townhouse is very conveniently located to freeway, Hollywood, downtown, beaches and only few blocks walk to the main street of Glendale blvd. this street has everything, resturaunts, a couple of local bars( very mixed crowd) and a really nice local farmers market. We had a four dollar breakfast at El Buen Gusto, the local Salvadorian Resturaunt. We tried a pupusa also. As far as as townhouse it was very nicely decorated, bright and cheerful. The kitchen was updated with new stainless steel appliances.we will be back as this was cheaper than the local hotel, and accommodated all 6 of us! Kevin was very helpful when we needed something.
