Spacious 2 bedroom courtyard ground floor unit with 2ble garage

Enter our piece of paradise through a tropical courtyard. Our newly remodeled condo is a 1404 sq’ ground floor San Clemente design (no stairs). The layout is spacious, bright and open boasting large living, dining and kitchen areas. The master bedroom has brand new king size bed with new top end Simmons mattress, new 32“ LCD TV and private en suite & walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 new Sealy Posturepedic twin beds and full en suite bathroom with walk in closet and new 32 in. TV. Both bedrooms have walk outs to private a lanai. Living area includes new LG 42” LCD TV with Sony sound system and DVD. High Speed Internet with Printer/Copier/Scanner. This air condition unit also includes fans in both the dinning & living room. The kitchen has granite counter tops and ceramic back splash with all appliances (fridge includes filtered water & ice). Separate laundry area includes new Maytag HE washer & dryer with access to an attached 2 car garage.

About Joe Catalano

It's been a long time dream to have our own little piece of paradise somewhere in the world and we just fell in love with Naples & Lely Resort. We still have some work to do in Toronto but will be coming down every chance we get. My wife Barbara keeps busy in her own business and I continue in a long career in the food industry, but not too long before planning more time on some of Naples finest golf courses. We look forward to making new friends through our rental property over the next few years.

Ole at Lely is a wonderful property with amazing amenities and award winning resort pool and community design. We searched many properties in the area but it only took a few minutes at Ole and we both new this is where we want to be. You will love the style and feel of Ole. The designs and colors are warm & beautiful. Our condo is extremely comfortable, spaciousness and smart in terms of layout....everything is on the ground floor (no stairs to deal with).

What makes this condo unique

The unit has been completely remodel (new floors, paint porcelain tiles, even the garage has be resurfaced). The property is being listed as a rental for the first time Sept 2012.

great relaxing holiday in a beautiful house

We spent two wonderful weeks in this truly beautiful house at the Ole Lely Resort. The Resort is very well maintained. The house is beautifully furnished, comfortable and very clean. There is a tennis court just around the corner and the pool area is excepional.
The Lely Golf Course (Mustang) is just 5 minutes away and has a nice club house/restaurant open to everybody. The shopping centre is 3 minutes away.
All necessary information (entry and registration procedure, manuals for household maschines, etc.) are well described and collected in a folder.
The owner is very engaged and helpful.
We can highly recommend this property !!!
We will certainly come back again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
