This 2nd floor condominium is attractively decorated in a tropical theme. The kitchen has been totally renovated, all new appliances, quartz counter tops, glass top stove, tile flooring and eat-in-bar. This creates a beautiful open area between living room and kitchen. All NEW Flooring (Tile and Wood) throughout condo. A beautiful Florida Room, off kitchen, is where one can sit and relax with island breezes and a good book.

The Master bedroom (queen bed/cable HD (19')TV), includes an apartment size washer and dryer. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Unit has two full size bathrooms, ceiling fans throughout the unit and WIFI with ability to stream movies. The unit is very spacious, large open living room and dining area. The living room is complete with a sleeper sofa (queen) and cable HD (32')TV. Also provided are; beach chairs, cart, towels, books, CDs, DVDs, children's books, videos and games.

Our unit is conveniently located next to the heated Pool and management office. Just a short walk across West Gulf Drive to the BEACH!

A beautiful island apartment

I just loved this apartment. The decor is so tasteful and appropriate for the location. It is fully furnished and equipped and so comfortable. It not only has a patio but a lanai as well. The kitchen is new and has everything you need. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also provided. The beach is just a short walk away, and what a beach. I think if I were ever to relocate, Sanibel Island would be where I would go, and this would be the apartment I would want as well. You can rent bikes on the premises, and a tennis court, heated pool, and a laundry room are at the complex too. The kids loved it here and my parents did as well. A great place to rent for a family vacation, or just for a couple alone. The island is nature at its best, and the apartment is perfect to enjoy your island stay. What more could anyone want. I am ready to book for next year vacation.
