Villa, 5 Air Conditioned Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 10)
Our Staff is on location to serve your every need. Three bedrooms have Queen Beds and two bedrooms have 2 double beds each. Three full bathrooms are tiled and convenient to each bedroom. Bedroom on main floor has no steps to outside for your convenience.
Our Villa has ceiling fans in every room.
Sleep with the windows and doors wide open to enjoy the fresh ocean breezes.
On Site staff to support any & all guest needs.

We built originally in this area as a Second Home and enjoy it so much we decided to make this our permanent Home. We added the Villa as a place for our friends to stay when they come and also as a vacation rental.

The small towns of Marbella and San Juanillo are only a 5 minute drive. In each there are restaurants and mini-markets. Enjoy mountain exploring in 'Tom Cars.' If you need more excitement, the tourist town of Tamarindo is only an hour away. Pura Vida!
