It is a brand new luxury furnished apartment in athens ,dafni area, construction 2009.

It is 100m from the metro station Dafni, just 3 metro stops from Acropolis, in a safe,residential area with many restaurants and local cafes.

It is a sunny fresh and modern apartment at the fifth floor with elevator, with many windows and a big balcony with view at a church and the local area. An ideal apartment for friends, elderly people or a family that wants to have their vacation in Athens.

It has 2 double bedrooms with wooden closets, fully equipped kitchen living room with 2 couches (one becomes a double bed), one extra sofa bed and a bathroom. The apartment also has a flat TV, DVD, free wireless internet and a washing machine. The building is protected with a security system, and there is an elevator and a parking place

The apartment is overlooking at a peacefull road.

The apartment is only 100 meters away from the metro station Dafni,in a safe,residential area away from the noisy center. Dafni area is 4 km from the center or just 3 metro stops from Acropolis.

You can be at Syndagma square and Acropolis in 3 min only.There is direct access to the apartment from the airport just by using the metro line, or just using one bus line. There is also a correspondence line to go to Pireaus Port and have a daily cruise to the Saronic Islands. The nearest beach of paleo faliro is at 2000m .

At just 2 min walking distance you can find Greek taverns, Banks, super markets,cafeterias, shopping stores and coffee stores and at 200m there is a big shopping mall,the bigest in south Athens.

Every wednesday there is a flea market of fresh fruits and vegetables just at the corner.

Thanks! Everything was so cool in here- the rooms are nice , beds comfortable and the area is paeceful and calm, no traffic and tourist noisy streets around. Metro is close x97 bus as well which is a straight connection to the airport.

we had a great stay with the whole family a food place to stay with the kids and enjoy Athens. The metro was close by . The place is good to stay and everything is ok.

We rented two apartments in the same building. Both were very nice and comfortable. Great location, very near the Daphne metro stop with large grocery store and many restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Would definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Athens.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

great location for athens

We had a half term break with kids this Febuary and the apartment was just the right place for us.It was brand new and clean plus close to transport , museums and cafes.The owner was very friendly and helpful.we spend few days on beach which just 30 min to 1 hour by tram.The rest of time we wondered around the old town or travelled to another island nearby.there were plenty of thing to see and to do.We had such wonderful time.My kids did not want to go back to London at the end of holiday.This is a great apartment to stay if you come with family.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

PERFECTA UBICACION DEL APARTAMENTO !!

El apartamento es espacioso, y limpio con todo lo necesario, es un edificio nuevo en un buen barrio a 3 paradas de metro de la Acrópolis y con el autobús que te lleva al areopuerto a 100 metros.
Los propietarios tanto Persefoni que nos atendió todos los correos y nos hizo mapas y todo tipo de indicaciones, como Kostas al que conocimos en Atenas y nos indicó los mejores lugares para visitar son muy amables y dispuestas.
Recomendamos después de una jornada de andar por Atenas, cenar en el restaurante LADOKOLA, donde hacen unas ensaladas griegas fantásticas y el servicio es inmejorable.
