Two families of 4 stayed in this house during Easter 2012 and there was more than enough room for everyone; in fact it suited two families very well. The house was immaculate throughout and contained everything one would need for a self catering holiday, for example dishwasher, washer and dryer etc.There is even no need to bring a pushchair as there was a choice of 3 in the house!The pool was used almost every day by the children; a welcome change from the theme parks. There was also a games room if the children happened to be bored. The property is situated about 20- 30 mins drive from most of the attractions and the Interstate 4 where there are an abundance of restaurants. Closer to the property there are a few restaurants and a good supermarket (Pubix). Tina provided very good customer care, liaising with us before, during and after our holiday. This property is definitely recommended for a large group or 2 families and we wouldn't hesitate in booking the house again in the future.

We really enjoyed our holiday i this villa. It was close to Disney and far enough for peace and quite. It was a very beautiful villa and very well kept! We will most definately do it again. Great communication with villa owner and it was everything we expected. Lovely time.

Holiday 22 January – 4th February 2011
What a fantastic holiday!! We had lots of contact with Tina and Trevor prior to our holiday. Tina was very helpful in giving us detailed information about the villa and the facilities and Trevor shared information about the journey from the airport, good car rental companies and the local area. This was invaluable.
We arrived at the villa, over excited, and the children couldn’t wait to explore. They were successful in setting off the alarm system as they opened the door out to the pool area within 30 seconds of entering the villa! So we quickly learned about the security system and were very impressed with the pool area. The poolside furniture and the pool were in immaculate condition and my youngest son had a wonderful time playing before and after our days at the parks.
The villa is a fabulous size. We were a family of 4 plus grandparents and there was plenty of room for us all to have time to ourselves. The ground floor bedroom was enormous and had lots of sunshine from early in the morning. The rooms upstairs were amazing, well equipped and very comfortable. The utility room was fantastic and we benefited from this as we had deliberately taken fewer clothes as we had planned shopping sprees with the children! This day was meant to be our ‘day off from the parks’ but was probably harder work - with a teenager and a practising teenager shopping at Hollister and Abercrombie and Fitch etc!!! The games room was a godsend at the beginning and end of the day! The boys enjoyed relaxing and enticed the adults into the odd game of pool!!! The television had access to the UK football games and this was an ideal end to the day when we could sit and watch a little footie!
The location to the supermarkets and local British stores was excellent. There were some good restaurants on the 192 – namely the Olive Garden and the Golden Coral. These were particularly child friendly and good value for money.
Trevor gave us a courtesy call a few days into the holiday, which was really thoughtful. We also had a visit from the management company representative who was very helpful and had excellent local knowledge.
We would definitely stay at this villa again if we returned to Orlando and would like to thank Tina and Trevor for sharing their property with us.

Our first holiday abroad as a family and we have found out that the house we have hired is even better than the photograph states. I know we had only 5 in the property but the space was fantastic furnishing more than adequate and bedrooms so spacious we thought about making appointments to see the partner.Overall an experience we would all return to as the estate was very quiet but smart and ideally placed for all the places we wished to go to. The pool and jacuzzi was used daily to unwind all the muscles we had either forgot were there or just to chill out.I was still learning about the electrics (light switches etc) but I was suitably informed that the washer and dryer was excellent Overall a fantastic experience which it should be said that the house contributed to the whole holiday experience.
