Very spacious 1 bedroom plus Florida room condo across the street from the beach

This very spacious one bedroom with one full bath condominium in Barefoot Beach Resort is located on the second floor in building B and has a great view of the pool, dock and Intracoastal Waterway.

This condominium has been totally renovated and is one of the few with waterview. The condominium and resort are extremely clean, well kept, and provide a pleasing environment for vacationers seeking a nice peaceful getaway.

The beach is right across the street with an exclusive beach access pathway.

The unit is fully furnished with a queen size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and a double size bed in the Florida sun room. The kitchen has granite countertop and is fully equipped for meal preparations.

This condominium sleeps 6. Wireless hi-speed internet access and unlimited long distance to the United States and Canada is offered at no additional charge. There is a digital cable box, and DVD player in both the family room as well as the bedroom. There is also a CD player in the Florida room.

Clearwater has been a reliable and very satisfying vacation hotspot for my family and eventually would want to reside here permanently. The area is safe, clean, and attractive. People are friendly, and the area leaves a lasting smile on your face (immediately and long after you've you've left). :)

What makes this condo unique

We've visited many beaches and places along Gulf Boulevard, and once we saw this resort we knew we had to invest here because it is unique in what it offers, having just been completely re-developed with modern touches, and the setup is very aesthetic with the pool being the epicentre of the resort. The cleanliness is top notch with attention to detail to ensure everything is maintained in its finest form.

Enjoyable stay

The unit was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the views of the intra coastal waterway and the pool. The beach access was convenient, with a pedestrian crossing for safety in crossing Gulf Boulevard. The unit is close to many good restaurants along Gulf Blvd., including the Salt Rock Grill, Crabby Bills, the Pub, JD's and Keegans.
The owner was helpful in allowing us early access to the unit as we arrived on an early flight and the rental agency SunVista were very accommodating.
This unit can sleep six but as it is a one bath unit I would recommend it for a couple or family of four for the most.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Very clean, plenty of kitchen supplies and sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly with the Florida room futon. Great unit and owner was very accommodating! We can't wait to return next year!

The resort was very clean and well kept. The area was lovely with good restaurants and entertainment, the inter coastal had dolphins and plenty of birdlife. Beach was handy just across
