Close to all the best the valley has to offer! Minutes to downtown Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert.

Great jumping off point!

I was in the Palm Springs area for a week of events and this house was a great jumping off point for getting to everything in the valley. It's location was great. Centrally located but in a quiet neighborhood. The house was appointed with all the conveniences of home and the back yard was a true oasis. The house is functionally designed but still comfortable. I could see coming back just to spend time in this house.

This is an excellent rental house with all the amenities. Beautifully decorated. Very comfortable. Fantastic kitchen with really nice appliances and cookware. Backyard is completely private with a great pool/hot tub combo, fire pit, outdoor dining area. Big two car garage. After a week there, I didn't want to leave. Would love to live in a house like this. Management was super nice & friendly & helpful, Can't wait to rent this house again!

I stayed at the house with a few friends for 4 nights around the New Year and we really had a great time.
The house is extremely comfortable, it has everything you need. If you like to cook then you are in luck. The kitchen is a real kitchen, you can tell that the owner knows how to cook. It has everything you could possibly need. The living room couches with the fireplace are awesome to sit by. Beds are comfortable. And the pool and hot tub are amazing. You are surrounded by flowers and birds. We only wished we could see the beautiful mountains that are just outside!
There are also lemon and grapefruit trees on the side of the house.
There is also an outside fire-pit that is very nice to sit by.
I will totally go back to that house and will recommend to my friends.
Bob the property manager is literally around the corner, he is super nice.
The neighborhood is quiet and residential and not one of those golf course gated community place which I really appreciated. You can walk to a few stores and even a movie theater!
