Sunny Pool House On Lush Landscaped Property
This unit is on the same property as our home. The pool and BBQ would be shared with the members of our house and our guests on occasion.
This property is located in the quaint town of Fairfax just 40 min. North of San Francisco and 30 min. to Point Reyes National Seashore State Park. This area is the founding city for mountain biking.
There are many wonderful restaurants and nightlife just a 5 minute walk.
A seasonal farmers market on Wednesday nights June-September.
Bike rental in town, a brewery, bakery, roastery, organic home made ice cream, brand new luxury natural foods store (Good Earth), local art at Fairfix cafe, 2 small night clubs with dancing, 1 additional with food, and a sports bar, all featuring local musicians and occasional top name.
This town consists of 7500 people who are very proud of where they live and welcome all walks of life.
There are many young families and a nice park just down the way.
We are a middle aged family that built the pool house as a vacation retreat without ever leaving home.
There are just three of us living here at the present time.
Husband, Wife and 19 year old son. Our daughter is away in her first year of college.

The wine country is a 1 hr. drive, national parks are close, bird watching, paddle boarding, world class golf courses.
We offer guided tours of the area and special locations only known to life time locals, crystal mines, secret water holes (that appear as ancient ink wells), See the actual wagon wheel at the exclusive Tamarancho single track mountain bike area, also additional secret spots available upon request.
We can guide you through secret powder spots in Lake Tahoe ski areas.
We have a wakeboard, waterski, wakesurf, tubing boat for a day on one of the amazing lakes within a 1.5 hr drive.
If you have motorcycles we can guide you through amazing areas around here, public roads, roadrace tracks or dirt tracks are all available.
There are weekly drag races at the local racetrack just 30 minutes away.
Sailing on the SF bay is fairly easy with a small amount of networking (we can help with this).
Our family has an organic farm that is available to tour within 1.5 hrs near Vacaville Ca.
Duck hunting at local wildlife refuges is also available.
There are indian casinos 1.5 hrs away.

Suggestions for improvement: a screen or partial wall to give the bedroom some privacy and separation from living area. Also, the pool was so cold only the young or very brave could swim.
