This place has it all! You cannot help but relax when you stay there. The fantastic view, the cozy furniture & beds, and all the extra touches the owner provides make you feel welcome and settle in quickly. We have chosen this place several times and would recommend it highly for a couple and/or family and friends any time.

The rental house was perfectly suited for our winter ski/boarding get away. We enjoyed the lay out for the teenagers and the pool table was a plus. The view of Boyne Highlands was outstanding. The owner was prompt with communications and very thorough. The instructions to check in and out were well described. We visited Chamberlains and The Olive Twist while in Petosky. Both great dining and drinks.

Great location with awesome views!

We stayed at this property for a week and were very happy with the accomadations, location and especially the huge deck along the entire back of the house with amazing views! The home is set up very conveniently for a small or large group...large master suite on the main floor and two bedrooms (One with two bunk beds, one with queen bed) on the lower level..each with a full bathroom. The location between Petoskey and Harbor Springs can't be beat. Petoskey State park is 10 minutes away as is one of the entry points to the 26 mile paved bike pathway. The resort itself features pools and hiking paths. The owner was very easy to work with and gave us many helpful suggestions on area activities. All in all our family loved this property and hope to be back next year!

Nice relaxing time away with amazing views

My Wife and I stayed for a long weekend in October 2011. The foilage was absolutely incredible. The view from the deck was breathtaking. this cozy home was way more than what we needed but was perfectly located to see the sights, and situated on a quiet hillside for a good nights sleep. Although you felt as if you were in the middle of nowhere, groceries and other necessities were within 15-20 minutes. Petoski (30 mins) Harbor Springs (15 mins) and the incredible view from the tunnel of trees took you to the legendary Legs Inn for an incredible meal with a view of the lake and sunset.
This place was spotless, cozy, and had everything you needed for couples to 8 people. We will deffinitley be returning.
The location is perfect for any time of year. Although convenient for skiing in the winter, the area pleased the sight seer, golfer, outdoorsman, or anyone looking to see some of the best Michigan has to offer.
My wife and I highly recommend this location.

My wife and I discovered this renatal property while investigating the Harbor Springs area for our 15th anniversary. We could not have been happier. The Home is very well kept, and spacious. The views off the balcony as well as the Master bedroom are spectacular. We will be returning to this vacation dream house when my wife's sister and her family visit from California. (hopefully it will be available). If you are looking for a romantic getaway or a large family vacation this is your place. I know that you will not be disappointed....with ski mountains in your backyard, the nature trails throughout the area, "HOT TUB" and a pool on the resort property, there is always plenty to do

What a wonderful home away from home. We have rented this home for the past 2 winters. It is perfect for a winter getaway: close to the skiing (Trout Creek even has a shuttle that will pick you up and take you to Nubs Nob); a beautiful view; great hiking paths; lots of space; nice kitchen. AND CLEAN! Stay here and you will never want to leave.

We had a group of 9 of us and loved every second of it. Lots to do during the down times and a very clean place. The view was amazing and the ammenitites were superb. Highly recommended.

The home is bright and airy, clean and well-appointed. The location is quite convenient, the view is spectacular and the outdoor space is very inviting. It was very contemporary and clean (no pet hair). Four TVs, 3.5 baths and an attached garage were nice extras. Even on a rainy day, the basement pool table kept us entertained and we were able to sit, quite comfortably, around the Living Room table for a game of Monopoly! The owner(s) were warm and they provided lots of good info for sightseers!

The location of this home makes it central to the sights of Harbor Springs, Petoskey & Charlevoix but also for the adventurer looking to head out north or inland for some great kayaking and fishing. Accomodations were fantastic with clean linens provided and all the appliances of home. The owners are great to work with. We will be back soon.
