Mossy is a wonderful air conditioned Villa on a Private Championship Golf Course in a secure gated community where you have the use of a club house gym heated swimming pool & restaurant.
The villa is very close to major shopping outlets restaurants and Sandy beaches.
The accommodation is in Excellent condition throughout and offers quality facilities.
Outside there is a covered Lani with swimming pool,loungers,table & chairs and Gas BBQ.
Inside the Villa is very roomy and maintained to a very high standard by the owners who are both very helpful & friendly and will insure your stay is both memorable & enjoyable.
The kitchen is well fitted with all modern appliances with plenty of crockery,glasses,utensils and pots & pans there is a Breakfast Bar and also a eating area with a table & chairs.
The Utility Room is fitted with a washing machine,tumble drier iron & board.
The Dining Room is perfect and a wonderful place to entertain guests.
The Lounge is very comfortable and has a Flat Screen television and Wi FI there is also a Den where you can sit and watch television away from the lounge.
The Bedrooms are roomy and offer plenty of Bedding and there is lots of space in the walk in wardrobes.
The two Bathrooms are exceptionally clean and also offer plenty of towels.
This was our 4th visit to Mossy where we spend a fabulous two months namelyJanuary & February when we find the weather perfect.
We would certainly recommend this Jewel to our family & friends and would give it a rate of 10/10
