Nikki and Eric live here on the Big Island about 20 minutes away. Eric currently works for United Airlines at the Kona airport. Nikki works as a graphic artist from home. In the past she has also done fine art. one example of which you can see, in one of the photos, as a three panel piece of Herons. Their son Adrian works at the local Safeway and since he has special needs both Eric and Nikki are heavily involved with the local chapter of Special Olympics.
This townhouse had been Paul and Barbara's, Eric's parents, home for the last 15 years. They both loved the special feeling of living here. They made many friends over the years both with the,'regulars,' as well as vacationers. People would always stop by for a morning cup of coffee and to,'talk story,' as conversation is known to locals.
We hope that you will feel some of the Aloha that this home has seen over the years.
Mahalo nui loa for staying with us.
Since we are,'locals,' you will not have to call the mainland or deal with a property management firm if you run into problems. We both live less than 20 minutes away and will be there if the need arises. We have lived in Kona for the last 15 years. We know the area. We know the people. Please don't hesitate to call if you have any questions during your stay.
